You said you'd never leave
To you forever is now never
Because of this all I can do now is grieve

When you first left I felt so alone
Everything I once had is now all gone
I could not see the stars no matter how brightly they shone
I do not know how I have been able to carry on

I feel you every night in my dreams
My dreams are only filled with sweet memories
My mind is now torn between two different realities
One of what is and the other of what could be

All of my memories keep you so near
Some day they will be gone this is what I fear
Everyone tells me to move on their voices are all I hear
My life once filled with love is now nothing but tears
