The whispers of the night could be heard for miles. If you stop and listen you can hear the sound moans of the tree; the chirps of the crickets and the whoosh of the wind. Listen even closer and you can hear the sounds of the animals. The patter of the racoons and opossums scavenging for food, the sound of an owl perch on his favorite oak tree surveying a near by field for dinner, and the sound of the mouse scurrying every which way to avoid detection from her deadly warden. The sounds of the night are always there sometimes if you just take the time to listen you can learn more from a single night then you could if you just fell asleep.
