I haven't really cooked much at all over the summer. I don't know what the deal was. But I finally broke my chef block this past week! This was a joint project with a friend of mine that also loves to cook. She prepared the pasta. I prepared the homemade cheese and fresh tomato sauce. It was a lovely dish! We also made completely from scratch perogies. My pictures of the perogies did not come out as nice as my pictures of the ravioli.
