Today and yesterday I've been feeling like crap.
And worst of all I have been neglecting my body and putting all of this sh*t into it.
So I have come to a consensus it's time for...
For three or 4 days.
I will start when I get to the grocery store.
PLUS, I also want to take up early morning jogging.
I need to visit the Running store or New Balance to look into buying some running shoes.
