I've been trying to figure out how I can solve this, writer's/artist's block, but can't do it myself. I have no ideas. It sucks. They're all dry. -_-
I'm currently lacking inspiration, that's what I've deducted it down to.
I tried to Google ways to find inspiration, I'm desperate. ; n;
I stumbled upon a list of 31 ways, so, I'll try them all..
The first one was blogs...
I quit on that, can't commit to one blog.
I'm a quitter!! ; [];/
Damn..well, number two was books.
I was reading a book, American Psycho, by Bret Easton Ellis, but I can't seem to bring myself to read it on a weekend..maybe tomorrow.
Third is to overhear dialog, basically be a creeper.
I'm currently at home, so I'll have to wait till I'm outside..that goes with number 13, nature.
4 is magazines (like I would have any) so..skip.
5 is movies..I saw Ip Man 2. I guess I'll watch more later..
6 is forums..pssshh..
7 is art..
8 is music, which is all I've been listening to, with no affect.
9 is friends..but I'm sure they're all busy.
10 is a writing group..not that I don't know any but the one I joined at school is a HUGE disappointment.
11 is The Pocket Muse, some book that I can't buy because I have no money. But will probably buy sometime.
12 is quotes, and though I really do love to search for quotes, seeing as to how I put so many on here each journal entry..well, I guess I can do that now.
Just a few.
“Some people never go crazy. What truly horrible lives they must lead.”
― Charles Bukowski
“An intellectual says a simple thing in a hard way. An artist says a hard thing in a simple way.”
― Charles Bukowski
“The one you love and the one who loves you are never, ever the same person.”
― Chuck Palahniuk, Invisible Monsters
“You realize that our mistrust of the future makes it hard to give up the past.”
― Chuck Palahniuk, Survivor
“Have your adventures, make your mistakes, and choose your friends poorly -- all these make for great stories.”
― Chuck Palahniuk
“Our lives are not all interconnected. That theory is a crock. Some people truly do not need to be here.”
― Bret Easton Ellis
“Life is like a typographical error: we're constantly writing and rewriting things over each other.”
― Bret Easton Ellis
“You do not write a novel for praise, or thinking of your audience. You write for yourself; you work out between you and your pen the things that intrigue you”
― Bret Easton Ellis
“We can destroy what we have written, but we cannot unwrite it.”
― Anthony Burgess, A Clockwork Orange
“Art is dangerous. It is one of the attractions, when it ceases to be dangerous you don't want it.”
― Anthony Burgess
“Life is, of course, terrible.”
― Anthony Burgess
“It's weird. I never knew how much I had to hate about myself until I had the time to think about it.”
― Jason Myers, Exit Here.
“There has to be blame and there has to be reasons and there has to be answers and if nobody can adequately accept the blame and give a sufficient reason and provide an answer, the love, no matter how strong it is, the family, no matter how tight it is, the life, no matter how good it is, will always buckle, then snap, then drown completely under the pressure of itself, the reality of the mistrust, and the weight of its own history, because if there are no answers, the blame and the guilt become stronger than the love and those two things together become a force that no amount of love can ever break down and overcome.”
― Jason Myers, Dead End

Okay..I think I went a little off..
Well, this definitely helped, even if just a bit..
It got me thinking..I'm not so sure about what, but I am thinking.
Maybe, I'll come back to add more, but if not, I have tomorrow.
I'll get off my butt now.
See what else happens today...
I'll put lyrics..

The Beatles- Because
Because the world is round it turns me on
Because the world is round...aaaaaahhhhhh

Because the wind is high it blows my mind
Because the wind is high...aaaaaaaahhhh

Love is all, love is new
Love is all, love is you

Because the sky is blue, it makes me cry
Because the sky is blue...aaaaaaaahhhh
