I decided to revisit my childhood today by watching the Disney version of The Little Mermaid. No matter how old I become, it will always be one of my favorite movies. Classic Disney is just the best. My favorite song from it, is of course, Part of Your World. Jodi Benson just has the most amazing voice ever. I love singing along to it. And the animation, it's classic and beautiful. Especially all the detail in Ariel's hair. Wonderful.
Ariel has got to be my favorite Disney princess. I can relate to her because of the restrictions my parents put on me and how I really love a good adventure. And now all I need is for a prince to fall in love with me. As a kid, I've always wanted my life to be like a fairy tale. Maybe, I still do.
