• For Executive Appointments we charge a modest retainer (c. 10% of our final expected fee) to engage us exclusively and the balance of our fee is only payable when you have engaged the candidate that is right for your business.
• We are confident that we will be able to deliver.
• For Interim Appointments there are no retainer fees. All we expect is a period of exclusivity, as little as 3 days is sufficient, during which time we guarantee to provide you with a shortlist of 2-4 well-matched candidates for the assignment.
