I've noticed something. when i first started playing TinierMe, i was always in Selfy Town, until i met people i talked to every night... that was the goal- people.
but now there are many people, tons even, and i NEVER go into town or anything anymore! the second i come on Gaia, i have IM's from people, PM's from people, i answer the PM's and the IM's, and next thing you know i'm caught in a swirl of replying to people over and over, HALF OF WHICH HAVE NOTHING TO SAY, BUT REFUSE TO END THE CONVERSATION! D=
that said, the only reason it's a problem is because i can't meet anyone new, because of these people who have nothing to say. i always reply, though, but i have to. not replying would be rude, and they'd get angry. and i don't like hurting people's feelings, so i always reply.
and the people on my friends list don't want to talk, they just want to live like neither of us exist, so i don't meet my neighbors THAT way either =o
