I adore music like Jean-Luc Ponty and Genesis. I like sci-fi and Christian Bale, Mark Wahlburg and Keano Reeves, Sandra Bullock and Vanessa Williams. I love Italian food, Italian beef sandwiches, cheese, French fries and gyros. I have a B.S. from SUNY, double major in Anthropology/History. An MA from CSU. Top of my class. I like to read stuff on the net, like Heisenberg's "Uncertainty Principle." I love my German Shepherd and have a quiet place of my own. I am 6'2", 245 pounds, used to play hockey and soccer. The thing that changed my life was a horrid accident in Ohio 5 years ago. Rear-ended by a guy texting, hit at 50/mph, while I was stopped. 9 hour neurosurgery, 4 titanium plates in my neck, as my spinal cord was swollen. Perfect surgery but the tendons were retracted away from the spinal cord and my German neurosurgeon told me, advanced arthritis would set in, I got PTSD from the near death and the pain has become chronic. I am on what they give MS patients, Baclofen. I do not let that hold me back, I climb 10' ladders to prune trees and more. I am a survivor and fight it. The accident just showed me how little control we have over our lives, due to others negligence, my life changed so much in 2 seconds. I met two really good people the other night.Time to get the Shepherd up.
