Toarnaa's Writings I write poems, put my thoughts down, and create several starters for different types of characters. I also do NOT own any of the pictures. They are only being used as inspiration. Thank you. You can leave your comments down below. If you like, not go

Life had pretty much gotten worse in the passing time. Many had hoped and prayed hard for the war to be over. In all this time that's passed many died fighting for what they believed in and other's not wanting nothing to do with the war still died. Many wanted peace, but I mean who didn't? Everyone wanted the same thing, but no body saw that. They only saw anger and violence which was the very cause of war. I saw so many fall at my feet. One after another they fell dead. All I could do was stare unable to do a thing. Until it was my turn to fall, or so I thought I was dead.

I was laying on the desert floor motionless for what seemed hours gun shot wounds on my chest. It should have killed me, but some how I came back. I gasped coughing blood. I could barely breath. Then I heard voices, "Hey! She's alive! A miracle! Get a stretcher, and call medics! You'll be all right little one. Stay with us all right?" He caressed my forehead. My vision was so blurry I could barely make out his face, but I knew I was safe. I smiled, and so did he.

They said it was a miracle that I had survived at all. With so many bullets shot on my chest. They did everything possible to heal me. It took month's maybe over a year that I was finally able to be on my feet. They took me in and help me get stronger. I appreciated everything they did for me, but that happy moment didn't last long.

My hero's didn't expect it. As we slept sirens were heard through out the camp and the enemy began to attack. The past clouding my mind, my body trembling with the fear I'd die for sure this time. The one soldier that had found me burst into the tent looking down with a sigh of relief as he saw me still alive. "Hurry! The helicopter is here!" He took my hand and we ran in the middle of the battle. Everything around us was going slow. We dodged, stepped back, took cover heading towards the helicopter that would be taking us away from this place. I held tightly to his hand and kept up. As we reached the helicopter he picked me up, and banged the door to go, "GET US OUT OF HERE! GO! GO! GO! GO!" He shouted and readied to climbed up to the helicopter as he smiled at me, and I smiled back. Then BANG! I stare at my hero my expression turned pale; horror struck. He looked down to his chest, and back at me with a his usual smirk. "N-Neon..." He spoke as his hold loosen falling back to the desert floor. "N-no...V-Vince...VINCE!!!!!!!!!" That was the last time I saw Vince and my war hero's. Eventually soldier's had return to recover bodies of their dead soldier brother's. In all the recovered bodies Vince was included along with all his men that had helped me.

I was alone now. After that incident I vowed to train myself to repay my fallen hero's. I vowed no matter how difficult or impossible the mission would be they're enemies would fall at my feet like so many innocent people had fallen to theirs. "I; Neon Z, promise you Vincent Z. I will make each and every one of them pay for everyone they've killed. I will make you proud Vince." I smiled gently caressing the marble tomb in front of me. I placed a large bouquet at his grave, and as I turned around I jump back startled. "V-Vince?" But it couldn't be. "No. I am Vincent's father. Did you know my son?" He asked me. He resembled him so much, and I felt tears whiling up inside me. "Yes sir. I did. He save my life," I told him. He smiled, and I could see Vince's smile. I burst into tears, "I'm sorry...it was because of me. He tried to get me to safety. He was so close to come home, and we didn't see it coming. He fell...I'm so sorry!" She cried falling to her knees, and he knelled with me patting my head not saying a word.

Ever since then Vince's father who had been a soldier himself began to train me hard, and eventually signed me up for boot camp. I studied hard to become one of the best, and eventually signed up for the military. I worked my a** off to be on top and sooner than later I was being transferred to the home I once left behind. Revenge was close in hand and I could smell the sweet victory already. They would pay for their heinous crime, and soon they'd meet with their worst nightmare. Neon Z.
