Arella and Valen, Daughter and Mother.

Valena Vores. . . not much can be said about her. She is a legend, a "fairy tale" to some, but to those who truly know her, she is a living tribute to the idea that something pure can exist in even the darkest of places.

A Fayeth of the original calling, she was known as the Fayeth of Sound and Fury. Her skills in combat were revered especially under the consideration that she was, in fact, the first woman of the Fayeth. Her skills did not go unnoticed either, gaining acclaim by the first Fayeth, Kross. To add to her regard as a Fayeth, she was considered to be the Second original Fayeth.

Valena was a Valkyrie, she wore white armor, had long flowing white hair, a small clip in her hair, and alluring eyes. Her body was a temple, and she cared for it as such. Toning it until it had reached a certain level of perfection, the prime state for slaughtering those of malicious or evil intent. When she became a Fayeth, she lost her Valkyrie wings, her massive blade was lost as well, she gained a smaller form, more feline in stature than humanoid. But that too would sooner or later change as she began to dabble in what other powers she had gained. Her holy capabilities had been taken away from her, and replaced with kinetic abilities that astounded her. Biokinesis, Osteokinesis, Hemokinesis, Geo/Terrakinesis, and Metallokinesis. She found her body had been restructured, her bones replaced with a rare form of metal that she had come to eventually call, Celestial Carbon, that was where her divinity had gone to.

Where most Fayeth wore a mask to hide who they once were, Valena refused to wear hers. It gave her a sense of pride in herself to know that she could change who she was, but it would never TRULY change her. She fought valiantly alongside the one who had found her, a man named Kross Frost.

Now a little about Valena's Valkyrie history. Her purpose. And her belief.

Okay, this is just a theory, so it’s imperfect.
The perception of the “being” that is known as “God” is flawed. It is not a being, it is a realm. God’s Realm is what can be taken as an area of pure creation, angels exist for the sole purpose of watching over those creations until they are ready to exist outside the realm. Some creations never leave, while some force their way out. Such as Demons. Demons are creations that left before their time had come, and thus wound up in darkness.

The Realm
The God’s Realm is essentially a place where anything and everything comes into reality. It is created. Whether by means of a higher power within the realm, or by natural means, it is created. This is what can be considered a Divine or Holy Realm, beyond the reaches of most beings. There are some that can tap into this realm for only a few moments, thus resulting in “powers” or what others call “miracles”, which occur throughout existence.
Imagine a place where whatever crossed your mind, came into reality. That is basically what the God’s Realm is. It is the place where beginnings are made, and ends bring the beings back to. When a creation reaches the end of its life, its consciousness returns to the God’s Realm and is rebuilt into something else. It stays there until the creation is ready to be created into existence. God’s Realm is not one being, it is a location, which means that there is space within God’s Realm like there is space within a dimension or reality.

The Angels
The Angels were the first creations of the God’s Realm. They serve as guides and protectors of the Realm itself. The Realm grants them power, and similar to the Hierarchy of Heaven, where the higher up the angel is on the hierarchy, the closer they are to God; in this theory, the closer to God’s Realm they are, means they are closer to being returned to God’s Realm and recreated as something else.
Angels’ Task
Angels are tasked with guiding creations from God’s Realm to their new place in existence. They serve to protect those creations when they serve a higher purpose, such as a design to help “fix” the flaws of the creations. Angels are also tasked with protecting the Realm from outside influences. Things that would corrupt or pervert the creations within the Realm, those are destroyed by the Angels, and thus returned to the Realm to be reconstructed into something else.
Do the angels sometimes fail? Yes. Angels have faults, they are not perfect, in fact, they can be considered to be more flawed than many of the other creations within the Realm itself or even outside. But they serve their purpose, and they serve it well. The Angels carry many names, Angels, Guardians, Valkyr, etc. But they are still angels none-the-less.
What happens when Angels are killed outside the realm?
When Angels die in combat, or otherwise, they are instantaneously returned to God’s Realm, and are reborn as an Angel again, until their servitude is completed naturally. Only a rare few are able to exist with the other creations freely outside the Realm and stay there, for eternity if they so choose. An Angel is taught upon creation how to fight, how to live, and how to survive. They know every language created by the God’s Realm. Including the archaic Realm Language itself, that only the “Gods” and the Angels know.

The “Gods”?
The “Gods” are creations that were able to return to the Realm upon their own free will to help with the creation process. Think of them as overseers of the processes of creation. They take their own knowledge of the reality outside the Realm and apply it to the creations to help them better survive in the existence that they are to be placed into. They also act as the Generals and keepers of the Realm, when something is trying to attack the Realm. They direct the Angels to strategically defeat the invasion, often times taking up arms and fighting alongside the Angels.
Each “God” or “Goddess” has their own right and power. They are kept as “memories” or “dreams” within the minds of their creations, leading to the acknowledgement of their existence in the cultures and beliefs of those created. There is no real “King” or “Queen” of the Realm. The Gods and Goddesses exist in cooperation and understanding that they were created equal within the Realm. There is no superior creation within or outside of the God’s Realm.

Demons?
Demons are the rascals that decided for themselves that they were ready to exist outside the God’s Realm. So they slipped through the shadows and left the Realm, losing their way without the guidance of the Angels and so, they became demons. Beings that dwell in the darkness and feed off of the negativity around them. Angels hunt Demons for the sole purpose of returning them to God’s Realm where they can finish their creation. Angels feel no hatred, they wish only to continue the cycle of creation. The only beings that can interfere with an Angel’s work in protecting a creation are the Demons. They can attack and kill an Angel and the one they are protecting if they choose to.

Abilities:
> Nexus Powers:

-Nexus Energy is just an augmentation medium, it enhances the power of energies that the reaper is using. However, if focused into a form that carries a semi-physical existence, it can be used as a method for attack or defense.

-Nexus Insignia: Valena, like all reapers of the Nexus, has an insignia which forms in front of her chest. It gives her a powerful constant rush of Nexus Aura. This makes her faster, stronger, more precise, and lets her, basically, fight harder than before.

-Nexus Aura: Nexus Aura can be manipulated like regular aura abilities, but it has a rare or unique power source, the Flow of Balance. This will be used to create shields, be used as a striking force, or even used to move around if need be.

-Nexus Optica: The Nexus Optica ability allows for the Reaper to see energy on every level and at any speed. This also allows them to perceive objects or matter moving at any speed up to mach 1. Valena’s Optica is a stage 1 Optica. There are usually only 3 stages of the Optica, but Valena's old mentor and former leader, Fear, managed to reach a 5th stage... how exactly he did it, no one really has no clue. But as a stage 1 optica, Valena’s Optica simply allows her to have advanced perceptive capabilities, such as power usage, energy tracking, aura identification, and life aura tracking.

-Nexus Resonance: A shield of Nexus aura and energy combined. This shield is usually formed between two orbs of the aura and energy that are held in the air through focus of the mind, casting a shield around the reaper that absorbs energy of both kinetic and psionic natures. This drains it away from the attack but the shield also consumes the energy of the user, weakening them with each use. So using this as a way to just avoid damage, not advisable.




Weapons:

Fall of Eden: A white zweihander styled blade. Divine metal, made from the same metal as her armor, Celestial Carbon, which is the material used to forge the "Diamond" or "Crystalline" Celestial Armaments and wares for the divine. Stronger than diamond and can withstand temperatures beyond the melting point of Tungsten (The metal is a divine form of carbon, in most conditions, carbon’s melting point exceeds the mark of 4,000 kelvin.) and reflects heat almost as well as Zirconium Oxide. Forged in the flames of the Archleone Forge, this blade is blessed by Valena's own blood, giving it a soulbound function, allowing her to call it back to her hand should she will it.


Armor:

Valkyrian Divine Armor: This armor was what became of her bones when Valena returned from being the Hellwraith Assassin known as Valenvorex, to her original form, Valena Vores, the Valkyrie. The metal of her armor is formed from the divine forge using a refined form of Celestial Carbon, which holds a melting point beyond 4,000 Kelvin. And is able to reflect heat almost as well as Zirconium Oxide, this is useful when fighting in many various locations that require the battle take place in some rather unfamiliar territories. The armor is Stronger than Tungsten, or in some cases, can be referred to in the overused manner “Stronger than diamonds.”
This armor is more crystalline than metallic, but it holds its powerful bonds with unrelenting strength. The gear consists of a chestguard, a set of pauldrons, the left pauldron being larger than the right, a skirt, stiletto heeled grieves, gauntlets and a headpiece. Her larger pauldron has the image of a lion’s head upon it, feathers surrounding the crest of the lion’s head.


Combat Techniques:

Rising Shield – Valena drives the very tip of her blade into the ground, making a rotation with her body, she coils the blade around herself and sends out a flurry of rocks and debris, creating a smokescreen of dust and rocks. Her blade follows the motion of the distraction as she turns her body and swings her blade towards the opponent through the dust. This is often used as a counter or an initiation technique.

Falling Star – Valena rushes at her opponent, then rolls forward, bringing her shield up and pushing it outwards, aiming to bash into her target at full force, if she misses, she rotates her body to bring her blade up to guard her open section. To recover, she would usually pivot on her shield by performing another roll and pushing off of the ground to regain her feet. This is normally a technique which would be best for middle to long range striking, when the opponent is bulky or slow.

Wake Up – When the target makes a swing from the inside of their core outwards, Valena brings her blade or shield up rapidly, normally against a horizontal strike, and parries the blade upwards, before using her current momentum to drive her elbow into the target’s solar plexus or throat. Adding both forces of momentum into the one impact.

Painful Affection – When a strike or swing is made by the target from the outside inwards, Valena can parry her blade against the inside of the strike, turning the blade downwards and then moving her body closer to the target and driving the pommel of her blade into their chest or neck.


Point of Pain – When the target looses a stabbing technique, Valena parries the blade to the side with her guard and angles her blade’s tip for the chest or the best open area for a strike. This uses the opponent’s own motion against them, causing their muscles to stretch for their technique and opening up the pathways to their arteries.

Witchbreed - This is a move which involves perfect timing, and flawless execution. The blade wielder dodges the oncoming attack of the opponent, and must manage to get directly behind them. The blade is to then be brought from close range into a pommel strike to the target's spine, hard enough to break the spine or send the target sprawling forwards. The blade is then rotated to cut at the back of the neck, to complete the severance of the spine before being driven straight down into the area above the collarbone from behind, and struck straight down through the chest.

Rings of the Starseeker:


At first glance, these appear to be eight smooth, luminous midnight black bands that are inscribed with one astronomical glyph each that glows amidst the darkness with the silver light of a star. Although seemingly harmless in nature, these eight rings provide a direct link to each planet and their own individual powers, for those willing to sacrifice enough for them…

Made from the metals located in each of the respective Planets, the Rings of the Starseeker are linked with their perspective planet’s energy, allowing the users to draw upon their powers and honor the gods after which they are name, but be wary, for each ring holds a consequence of its own.

Mercury: When activated, the mercury ring removes all blind spots and allows the user a 360 degree view of the area around him, as well as the faint trails of energy that are around. Working much like sonar, it allows the user to detect presences around them if not completely veiled. When outside of battle, the ring allows the user to telepathically communicate with his allies, or leave behind a psychological imprint or memory attached to an object, so that others that touch it may see it.

Venus When activated, this ring will make any truth the user says be distrusted and increase the wearer’s propensity to deceive and lie, even the abilities to seduce and destroy. In battle, the ring’s main ability is to create a quasi-real world controlled by the wearer in order to deceive his opponents. If believed real, any injuries sustained by the illusions will hold. If the illusion is broken, the wound will disappear but a ghostly pain will remain for a time. If the opponent dies in the illusional world, the illusion will shatter and all damage to his body, all lost stamina, and all but the pain and psychological damage will disappear. Once an opponent breaks the illusion, it will not affect him again in a direct manner. Outside of battle, the ring is useful for masking one’s presence in a crowd, allowing them to move unnoticed by those whose senses are not extremely trained for perceiving veils.. Prolonged usage of the ring will affect the person’s judgment and personality permanently, making them more lustful and deceiving, and others unable to trust him.

Mars: When activated, this ring will diminish one’s ability for logic, reasoning and restraining himself and accentuate the user’s more aggressive emotions in order to release the inner animal that resides in all beings. When unleashed, the person’s physical strength, stamina, and resilience to pain are greatly increased for a time, and they are able to communicate emotions to animals around them in order to try and cause the fight or flight response. It also gives the wearer slight fire manipulation abilities (or further increases their natural ability, depending on the user), and grants the use the ability to turn into a living fire temporarily. When in this living flame mode, they may choose to fully transform into flames or individual parts of their bodies. Although intangible, if any body part is extinguished the person will lose that limb, or if all fire is extinguished they will die. The longer the ring is active, the deeper the person will delve into the inner animal. After too many hours, the person will be trapped in their own minds as the inner beast gains permanent control. This ring cannot be used with Mercury.

Jupiter: When activated, Jupiter will remove the wearer’s ability for any deception, compelling him to always speak the truth and act with blunt honesty. In turn, the user will be protected from deceiving images and lies, emphatically distinguishing them. In addition, upon activation this ring separates the wearer into two different beings, each with four of the eight rings. The lighter aspect wields the forces of Mercury, Jupiter, Uranus and Pluto, whereas the darker aspect of him wields the forces of Venus, Mars, Neptune and Saturn. Both versions become sentient and independent, although they can communicate with each other telepathically, and share the same reserve or energy, which means that while one uses something extremely taxing the other is left in the open for attacks. What differs from them, aside from their own aspects is that one is guided by logic and cold reason, whereas the other is purely passion and instinct. If one of the two aspects is killed, the wearer becomes one once more with his energies depleted by half. Another ability granted by the ring is to gather the electricity in the air in order to create a thunderbolt-like weapon that can be used for either close combat as a blade, or a javelin. This ring cannot be activated with Saturn or Venus.

Saturn: When activated, all of the wearer’s feelings disappear and are replaced by cold, emotionless blood lust turning the wearer into a cold blooded killer. Upon taking in the Harvester’s power, the wearer’s obscured by writhing, quivering tentacles of darkness that surround and engulf them, covering even their auras from sight and rendering truly invisible to all senses. Although arguably one of the most powerful rings, this forms come at a great cost, for it halts any regenerative abilities and eats away at the wearer’s sanity and soul, slowly making them delve into a permanent state of depravity. The Harvester’s Scythe is told to be an ethereal weapon that cuts not only through skin and the person’s inner self, causing them to seep out their aura or spirit energy. Although it is certainly a potent weapon, it is also the most dangerous due to the nature of the power and the fact that it will not protect you from a physical attack due to its ethereal nature. If left on for too long, the wearer will lose himself in the darkness, becoming a mindless, killing machine. The Darkness, as referred to by this ring, is a form of energy created by all of the negative feelings created by people and focused on a stream of hateful evilness that slowly distorts anybody who brings it forth’s mind.

Neptune: When activated, the wearer becomes able to draw upon the mystical energies around him and to yield even the most powerful of spells. Upon entering this stage, the wearer is able to see what the living things around have seen, and even tap into their energies whether naturally able to or not. In addition, the user becomes able to see the spirits and even walk the Spirit Realm. By drawing more magic to himself and spending more time in this form, the wearer becomes able to do so more easily and starts drawing intense pleasure from it, but if the user loses his own concentration or overtaxes himself his ability to summon the powers become unstable, and any drawing in of magic may cause damage to everything around. The Neptune ring increases the user’s wisdom and overall sight, as well as their ability to become addicted to its magic. If used unwisely and frequently, the wearer’s body becomes permanently incorporeal and he is forever doomed to walk in-between worlds. While inactive, it gifts the wearer with the Sight, something most wizards are born with that allows them to perceive the world as it truly is, including the flow of energy and the demons that there lurk.

Uranus: When activated, the wearer will lose himself in the possibilities around him and become very distracted, unable to focus on anything due to being able to see the potential in about everything. In this form, the user can transmute his body into anything, from changing how malleable or hard his skin is to changing the pH of his own blood. This also allows him to change any object’s property that he comes into contact with as well. If used properly, it allows the wearer to change anything he wishes for in an alchemic process without a circle, turning them into a living philosopher’s stone. Although very useful, this makes a user’s power source very unstable due to the fact that his body is ever changing. By changing things, however, the wearer uses his own energy as a catalyst so when the energy runs out, the wearer’s ability to change runs out, meaning that until he has rested and recovered himself.

Pluto: When activated, the wearer becomes acutely aware to all forms of life surrounds him and feels any deaths around him. Pluto, the Master of Underworld gives the wearer ultimate power over life and death. This gives the user, through the use of his own life force the ability to heal any wound by accelerating his life aging in order to heal himself. When it comes to others, the user may return them to any age of theirs in the cycle by giving up a bit of his own life force. The wearer can also transfer any wound from his friend’s body to his own, thus restoring them to health. The ring also provides the wearer to take in any living being’s life force in order to replace his own, even though it is a highly unpleasant process for you feel their pain and experience their memories. As a last resort, the wearer can link himself and the opponent, allowing the user to simulate pain from previous wounds healed by the ring’s power



Hidden within the bodies of those who dare delve deeper and deeper with the demon, those whose mastery of the Rings are prove, three additional, forbidden techniques are unleashed, four additional rings whose powers are far beyond the others, and yet far more dangerous. . . For the price you pay may be the last in your life.

Earth: Hidden deep within the chest, wrapping itself around the heart of the wearer, the Earthen Ring will convert all of its user magical energies, all of his psychic prowess into raw physical ability, giving its wearer nearly limitless physical strength, stamina, agility, and endurance. Those who activate this ring, however, lose all abilities of wielding magic or any energy based attacks. Completely cut off from the other rings, the wearer’s ability to fight depends solely on his creativity and strength. Prolonged use of the rings will cause degeneration of the user’s cells, destroying his muscle tissue from within. After deactivated, the user will be left in critical condition.

Eris: Hidden beneath the tongue of the wearer, this ring is tattooed therein will transform the user’s raw power into powerful sound waves, allowing him to demolish things with the sound of his own voice. When Eris is activated, every time the user speaks he causes his vocal chords to deteriorate and his organs to fail because of the vibrations.

Moon: Hidden beneath his right iris, when the moon ring is activated both of his eyes turn white and bright white tattoos appear all over his body. This ring allows the wearer full control of any body of water nearby as well as his own blood. He can control the properties of any water including states and viscosity so long as his own blood is mixed with it. When using his own blood, he can change its pH to make it more acidic and burn through opponents. After a set amount of time, his blood’s pH level steadily increases and begins melting him from inside out.

Sun: Hidden beneath the left Iris, when the sun ring is activated bright golden tattoos begin to cover the wearer from head to toe, allowing the user to draw his power directly from the sun and command its flames as his own. Although the most powerful ring that the wearer can have, once the tattoos cover the wearer from their heads to their toes, the wearer’s body will begin to burn up from the inside out. While this ring is activate the wearer can draw his strength, stamina, and power from the sun. The more energy that the wearer takes in, the quicker his blood will evaporate and the more burns he’ll acquire and the more hampering the pain will become.
