i woke up in a strange place. a white room with tints of Black that i immediately recognized as Black Mist. The last thing i remember i was fighting my Spair and then it just disappeared. "The red mist!!" i say as i remember the substance that gave Mellody her power. "Did I die?" i ask, not really expecting a reply since i was basically alone. "Not Exactly." i jumped when i heard the familiar voice. "Master Zin?!" i say as i look at my old teacher. "what are you doing here?" Master Zin was a tall Cipher with silver hair and a small amount of stubble on his chin and jaw line; he was dressed in a traditional Cipher robe and had a pouch of Black Mist that he can manipulate at a much greater level than me. "We are in a World of my design, when you and i created the Black Mist, i created this world to keep it all; When i died, i transferred my being into this world so as to grant you help when you need it." "Then why am I here? I didn't die, did I?" "No, but when you were attacked by Melody you retracted your consciousness to this place between places." "I see, but what happened to me? when i created the Black i never designed a counterpart." Zin looked apprehensive and said,"Apparently some one had stolen plans for the Black and made the more aggressive Red." "But who could have stolen th- WAIT!! Mellody stole the plans!! she must have sneaked in after she tuned into a Cipher!!" "that would explain a lot" said Zin. "but it was obvious that she wasn't a truly powerful Cipher, just a skilled magician." "That would explain how she made my Spair, she used magic to make it." "yes. Caxias you need to find the one that Mellody worked for. There is no way that Mellody is that powerful or smart to create something so strong as Red Mist and control it. Another power is at work here and it is your responsibility to stop what ever plans this person might have." "Yes, Master, I understand. But i don't think that i am powerful enough to combat this great force. i couldn't even stand up to Mellody and she was the weakest one there is." Zin looked at me. he always looked at me like that when he knew i could do something that i originally thought impossible. "you need to stop. Stop willing the Black mist and start contriving it. Remember, Black itself is not powerful, but if you control it, then it can become a force to be recoded with." I nod and thank Zin for his advice. "One more thing!" he said before i exited the World. "That girl Xifft, shes a keeper, protect her with your life." i nod and fade out of the Black.
I wake up in the infirmary and see Xifft starring at me like i had just grown horns (which was highly possible considering what had just happened). "Whats wrong?" i ask, but before i know whats going on, Xifft grabs me in a long embrace; we pull away and i stair into her eyes,but before can admire them my face suddenly whips to the side. I HAD BEEN SLAPPED!!! :"What the hell!!?" i say, Xifft looks at me like she was the one that got slapped. "Don't ever scare me like that again!!!!" "I'm sorry." say sincerely. "I make a point to never scare women i love." her face lights up like a fire and she lunges for me. she presses her lips to mine and we have the most romantic kiss that we have ever experienced. It goes on for what seems like forever until we were interrupted by a Dark Door activation. We break away and look, at the floor. "We should go see whats going on." Xifft says. "Yeah." i say a little disappointed. We get up and make are way to the entrance hall, the taste of each others lips on our own.
