Hey there C: I like to keep my profile's "about me" fairly short, but I also wanted a place to blab about myself expand a little on what I like~

I guess I'll follow Gaia's "interests" system XD

Favorite Movies: I mostly watch sappy romcoms (I know), animated movies and action-horror ones, among the ones I remember better there are tons of old romantic movies (The First Wives Club, My Best Friend's Wedding, Coyote Ugly, Notting Hill, Bicentennial Man...) cute animated ones (How to Train Your Dragon, Despicable Me, A Bug's Life, UP...) aaand the occasional action-horror ones XD; (Van Helsing, Underworld...) I also enjoy watching scary movies but I prefer the supernatural ones, slasher films just bore me x ox

Favorite Animes: I don't really watch much anime anymore but Digimon (1 & 2), Card Captor Sakura, Shaman King, Nightwalker, Pet Shop of Horrors, Rozen Maiden, Kuragehime and Puella Magi Madoka Magica were really enjoyable~ I also follow closely the anime adaptations of the 11eyes and Fate/ (Stay Night, Zero, Apocrypha) visual novels, I'm a huge fan of those two * O*

Favorite TV Shows: as with movies I enjoy sappy sitcoms and fantasy, I have a soft spot for food porn reality food competitions too, but I don't really watch much TV anymore... I used to follow Grey's Anatomy for the ridiculously funny medical drama element XD; among the shows I watch when I catch them on are: The Walking Dead, Two Broke Girls, Once Upon a Time, Top Chef (regular, masters). When I think about my favorite TV show "Ugly Betty" comes to mind C: such a shame it got canceled...

Favorite Books: I'm a huge fan of both Doris Lessing (even though I've only read two of her books: The Diary of a Good Neighbour & The Grandmothers: Four Short Novels) and Anne Rice, I own 7 books of the latter (Interview with the Vampire, The Vampire Lestat, Merrick, Blackwood Farm, The Witching Hour, The Mummy, or Ramses the Damned, Violin) and I love them C: if I had to pick a favorite among those it'd have to be between "Blackwood Farm" and "Merrick"~ I've also purchased and read many mythology encyclopedias. I have to give a special mention to Hans Christian Andersen's version of The Little Mermaid, I might have not mentioned it before but I'm a huge fan of tragedies and Agape love, the mermaid's willingness to lose her beautiful voice and feel not only "as if a sword were going through your body" when she transformed but "as though you were walking on knives so sharp that your blood must flow" every time her foot touched the floor... that just touched me deeply, that kind of love C: to this day I keep that love as something to aspire to, her final sacrifice just tore me apart x ox I might like Disney but their version of this story just stinks.

28/03/2013 edit: I recently read The Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky and it's now my favorite book C: it's just so interesting and different, I just fell in love, started and finished in one day XD I swear I just couldn't stop <333


Favorite Comics: I had a DC fangirl moment and I followed many tittles, but I stopped for a little while and just got lost, my favorite all-time branch was Green Lantern (a dear friend introduced me to it, and to this day I love it!) the Star Sapphires are still one of my favorite fictional organizations XD; I also followed closely: Gotham City Sirens, Justice Society of America and Bird's of Prey~

Favorite Mangas: I follow 1/2 Prince and read Pet Shop of Horrors in the past (the anime only had 4 of the many stories covered), among others I remember Kurohime.

Favorite Music: my favorite Singer is Alexander Rybak C: my favorite duo is Infernal, my favorite band is Noisettes aaand my favorite genre is pop and techno/electro, among my top favorite musicians are: Daft Punk, Justice, Ellie Goulding, Far East Movement and some bands that sing in Spanish like: Caramelos de Cianuro, Mana, La Oreja de Van Gogh... among others I love RAC, their remixes are amazing * O* and Mecano will always always have a huge and special place in my heart C: lately I've been listening a lot to: Train, Rita Ora, Of Monsters and Man, Amy Winehouse and Calvin Harris, but I have a huuuge music folder and I listen to a lot of different genres, my musical guilty pleasure is Die Antwoord XD; (NSFW, trust me you don't want to Google them around others XD;;;) their rave-rap zef thingie really gets me moving~

Favorite Websites: Gaia (duuuh, I knowww), TLo, dArt and some food porn dessert blogs like: Confessions of a Cookbook Queen and Hot Polka Dot &3

Hobbies: I love jogging C: it relaxes me and I'm starting to think about it as my pressure valve haha, I also love listening to music and spending ridiculous amounts of time in front of the computer when I should be studying ._.;

Interests: I love mythology and old cultures, also, if there's a show/series that features a large bestiary, you'll probably find me in their wiki reading all about their monsters DX; I have a huge database of useless knowledge of games I've never played or plan to play XD;;; I just love seeing all the different creatures~ also different interpretations of old mythological creatures, I'll be the first to say I'm a horribly huge fan of the cute monster girl trope, I actually have so many avatars based around it XD; but I just really love duality~ that something can be so beautiful and alluring and so dangerous and harmful, it's what attracts me so much of mermaids C: my favorite creature &3 also to succubi and venus weed~

Favorite Characters/Monsters: I'll keep this short and sweet XD; just the character and from where: Iron Maiden Jeanne (Shaman King), Carol Ferris, Poison Ivy (DC Comics), Irisviel and Illyasviel von Einzbern (Fate/Zero & Fate/Stay Night), Yukiko Hirohara, Takahisa Tajima, Lisette Weltall, Benedictus and Scholastica of the Bookshelf (11eyes & 11eyes: Resona Forma), Venus Weed (Castlevania: Symphony of the Night), Homura Akemi, Mami Tomoe (Puella Magi Madoka Magica) Wacko & Dan Dan (1/2 Prince), Louis, Claudia (Vampire Chronicles) among maaany others x ox;

I'm probably forgetting a looot of my favorite things XD;;; but yeah those above just came to mind when I did this lol, since I have to get going I'll just call it a day now XD &3
