twisted I entered into BEAST MODE and went NONSTOP on my arms today, but luckily I know how to supplement my body perfectly to prevent almost all soreness the next day!

I am on day ONE of EATING CLEAN NO MATTER WHAT. Today went perfectly smooth, I didn't even crave anything bad for me. Eggnog is no longer calling my name, it doesn't have a chance with me.

So, I had

1 Banana
1Tbsp PB2 (Powdered Peanut Butter)
1 Kiwi
1 MUSCLETECH Pre/Post Workout Shake

estimated calories-190cals without the Workout Shake(I usually don't count my shakes because they help build muscle, fast)

Tomorrow I am definitely do Cardio and Legs/Bum.
