Friend.

is a person who_

are there when you need her/him.

listens to you when you have something to say.

tries to detect if something is wrong with you.

tries to help you.

gives you her/his opinion.

tells you the truth or is honest.

never leaves you out of the group/an event.

protects you.

approaches you when you are suddenly distant.

never leave you alone.

talks to you when you need someone to talk to.

plays with you.

hang out with you.

tries to keep in contact with you.

makes sure that even when you feel like you have no one else in the world to go to, you still have them.

That, is a friend that I want.

I want a friend who can do this for me.

I am seeking personal attention. That, I'll be honest with.

But I won't ever tell a person to give me personal attention. At least, not anymore.

Still, if I have a friend that can do this for me, then I promise to do the same for them.
