I would guess Carl as the Mad Hatter (an interpretation, anyway).

Brennivin is either Columbo or Barretta. Both were sort of similar. though Columbo was a bit more whimsical.

Is Ruby's outfit a take on Supergirl's?

Unsure about Agatha.

I think Devin's one of those beings from Bleach, with the skull thing. Not sure about Natasha.

I think Old Man Logan's supposed to be Master Roshi, but he could be that guy from FMA.
