Did you notice anything different about my profile today?

Well, in case you didn't, I'll point it out to you: I removed Saara from my profile.
Yeah... I can't say I enjoyed it very much, but it had to be done at some point. It's been over half a year since I talked to her last, and I was told that she "died". Whether that is true or not, I'm not gonna try and assume. But one thing I do know is, if you're in a relationship with someone and haven't spoken to them in over half a year, it's not a relationship anymore.

Now like I said, I do not want to jump to any conclusions about what the actual truth behind all this is, in regards to it being a sick joke or not. I don't want to claim to know anything, because I really don't. But I did notice things that were awfully odd.

First of all, why couldn't Saara find her way to my house but she was able to find her way to Natty's house just fine? That baffled me, because from what I understand, Saara never met Natty in real life, and she seemed to have no trouble finding Natty's house. But she had a lot of trouble finding mine.. Hmm ...

Another thing that made it hard for me to believe was, the last time Saara and I talked, she told me she was going to look for a phone in the area to call me from, and that i should expect a call from her within an hour. That never happened, and here I am six months later, and I still have yet to get a phone call from her. I told her very kindly that I was still interested in meeting her, but I wouldn't be convinced that she was being honest with me unless she called me on the phone and confirmed with me that the voice I was speaking to was her's. She seemed to understand and was totally fine with it, but it never happened.

The third thing that was awfully strange was that after her alleged "death", I actually noticed that she signed back into gaia on June 23rd. If she really was dead, it goes without saying that that should be impossible. You could debate that it was someone else, but why would her friends want to go onto her gaia account? It just doesn't add up and seems really fishy overall.

The last thing to note is, if Saara finally signed onto Gaia for the first time in half a year, wouldn't the first thing she'd do be to try and contact me? Well, I never got a message from her that day, so what is that supposed to tell me? razz

One last time, I do not want to assume ANYTHING. She could have really died, she could've been a totally different person pulling my leg. I have no idea. But these tidbits I mentioned are facts, so you can't argue with what you DO know.

The general fact of all this, and the lesson to be learned for me is that, this is the internet. You can say anything, be anyone you want, and never let anyone know who you REALLY are. I have a girl avi, but I choose to admit that Im in fact a guy, because I'm honest. But the sad truth is, not everyone is honest. There are people who are sick, and pull pranks on other people just to get amusement out of their suffering. It's sad, but it's true.
