If you've ever fallen in love with a character of mine before, you may have thought about some of these, but chances are, you haven't. These are a few quirks I've come up with for each of my main characters in different roleplaay threads or guilds.
Miyako-- Silver Rose Tavern
-Miyako is actually less than a year old. Many of you know this, but if any of you didn't know about her origins, you may have guessed that she was more of a teenager. Her physical appearance is around seventeen in age, and her mental capabilities are similar, but she does still tend to act her literal age.
Charlie-- Mutants
-Charlie is explained as willingly mute, meaning she was not diagnosed as physically mute, but that she chose not to speak all of her life. This is actually not true. There would be no possibility of Charlie ever speaking, unless she was put through years of vocal therapy. Because she was thought to be mute, her parents never tried to teach her to speak. Therefore, her vocal chords have not been developed correctly and are very weak due to disuse. If she were to practice on her own, there could be a chance of her learning to speak, but it would be very unlikely.
Aura Havens-- Cirque Demonique/Avant que le Cochemar
-Aura is actually a bit insane. She is not quite as insane as Dru, but she has no limits. She will do anything to get what she wants, and ignores any pain she endures along the way.
Winona-- Avant que le Cochemar
-Winona is Aura's only friend, and only rides along on Aura's adventures to keep an eye on her friend. She knows of Aura's lack of limits, and only wants to protect Aura and those around her.
Rose and Mary-- Avant que le Cochemar
-Rose and Mary actually do not exist. Aura imagines every encounter with the two. They may have been based around other people Aura knew when she was younger.
