Description: Before you in the darkness of the night stands a man in an open black trench coat, black tactical pants, and black boots. His bare chest is inscribed with black tattoos all over in very intricate patterns. His hawk-like face holds a silver goatee and black shooting glasses, silver hair falls down his back in shimmering waves. A black tattoo can be partially seen around the left eye. Attached to his hip is a holster holding a large caliber pistol and a number of small knives that are clearly meant to be thrown. The coat he wears has a symbol attached to the right shoulder; it is a blunted hollow red triangle with a red scorpion tail in the center. Below that is two blood red diagonal stripes, a Kindred member of The Camarilla would know immediately that this was no Kine, but rather an Archon of the Justicars. Extreme caution is advised around this Vampire.
