Justice used to be a regular colt working in law enforcement outside of Canterlot. His strong moral code and hard-working demeanor made him the perfect candidate to be in law enforcement, as well as something he never expected.
One day, there was a foalnapping by a serial killer dubbed 'The Cannibal' because of the way each murder was committed. Even though he was new and inexperienced, he was sent out to find, and stop, The Cannibal.
Justice found him all right, but he also found he was terrified when The Cannibal got the upper hoof. He did, however manage to stall him just long enough for the hero of that town, the immortal hero, the Unlosing Pony, to arrive.
Imagine Justice's surprise when the Unlosing Pony, a hero who is supposed to be immortal, died right in front of him, bleeding out from wounds he got while protecting Justice from The Cannibal.
It was then that Justice found out that the reason the Unlosing Pony is said to be immortal is that whenever the Unlosing Pony dies, somepony else, a pony with a heart burning with love and justice, takes his place. It was on that day that Justice inherited the Unlosing Pony's Morphing Collar and became the Unlosing Pony.

The Unlosing Pony, while said to be immortal, is really just a long line of ponies who take up the collar and name. They're all ponies who want to make a difference, and inspire other ponies as well. They all show an incredible amount of courage and determination and are constantly training to be a better hero.
The Unlosing Pony never admits defeat and never gives up.
The Unlosing Pony has 3 powers, all of them stemming from the Morphing Collar.
1) Morphing - The Unlosing Pony has 3 forms.
The Unlosing Pony. the only form most Unlosing Ponies can morph into when they first get the collar. It's basically just them in a suit.
The True Unlosing Pony. At this point, the flames of love and justice burn brightly in their heart and, through complete determination, the collar powers up and is able to help protect them from harm.
The Unlosing Pony Omega. The True Unlosing pony is backed up by the power of the entire world believing in them. Their physical abilities are increased to incredible levels, and they're even able to cheat death a single time. After which, they revert back to The Unlosing Pony while the collar recharges.
2) The Belief Drive - The collar draws in belief from any pony who believes in the Unlosing Pony and increases the Unlosing Pony's ability. Rate of increase is approximately 0.1% ability increase for every pony who believes in him.
3) Unlosing Mode - The Collar gains power as a fight goes on. Once the collar's charged enough, the Unlosing Pony can activate Unlosing Mode, causing either their speed, their accuracy, their strength, or even how well they can take a hit to increase dramatically for exactly three minutes before the collar powers down and they're left in The Unlosing Pony form while the collar recharges.
