the cat thing in the header of gaia right now is really weird.
but watching it wink reminded me that I figured out how to wink for myself on Wednesday night. biggrin
thinking of starting up a Pinterest account, if only to share some of the awesomeness that is my gardening skills this year. Today I planted a bunch of double petunias in a bathroom sink I found in the grove (now I'm looking for a matching toilet haha). My geraniums in the boots I found in the attic are starting to bloom again! stinking cute~~ :3 My giant sunflowers (or soon to be... 12 feet tall, to be exact) by the tool shed are about a foot high now, and the morning glories in mason jars are blooming already! (... they're so confused.)
and my next project is to move an old tire from the grove into the random area I was putting irises, and have a raised garden bordered by some schtuff. (probably moss roses. soooo pretty!)
went into town this morning after mom texted me saying she needed a ride home (she was driving a courier van & it needed to be kept in town). So to make the trip to town worth it, we had breakfast together at Perkins and went to Menard's before heading out.
baseball game tonight. yay free food! biggrin
