Bio: Maximilian Kaiser is the son of two great doctors well known in Goa. He grew up with normal surroundings and loved to help his parents help others in need. At a young age he accedently ate the Op-Op fruit, which was a for of payment to his parents, and became interested in his new powers. While training with his parents he also learned all he could of the devil fruit and wanted to learn more about it and others. At the age of 16 he left his family and went out to do his own research and studies, focusing on devil fruit users. Over the years he went from small, little known islands to do his experiments without the navy interfering and earned a gruesome reputation among the many villagers.

Maximilian finds pleasure in causing others pain. He is somewhat nice to his friends and people he is told not to hurt, but everyone else is one more body to study. He is very lazy when it comes to things he is uninterested in and enjoys reading in is spare time. He is mostly a gentleman to women, but has a strong perverted side that comes out more then it is needed. His blunt straight forward personality makes it easy or him to gain enemies and friends. Maximilian seems to always have a smile on his face and making jokes about a lot of things no matter the situation. He seems ery friendly, but his random personality changes to the point where it seems like split personalities, but is his way of having fun.

Description Of Main Weapon: Shira is a nodachi that Maximilian uses for his various "surgeries". It is a diamond edged sword with traces of Kairoseki in it.
Description Of Sheath: It is kept on his back.
Sub-Main Weapons: Bladed edged chains, Kairoseki edged scalpels, Kairokei handcuffs, and different poisons.
Description Of Sub-Main Weapon: Maximian uses the chans to pierce this opponents and trap them, the scalpels are Kairoseki edged to cut even the strongest of devil fruit users and deprive them of their powers temporarily. The poisons are to slow his victims down, causing them to be paralyzed or slow the responce system down.
Description Of Sheath: The chains are hidden alonghis arms with a mechanism to launc and retract them. is scalpels are hidden all throughout his person. The handcuffs are kept in a box away from his cause they cause him to feel faint when he touches them. The poisons the uses are nomally on hs belt.

Details: The Ope Ope no Mi is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows its user to create a spherical space or "room", where the user has complete control over the placement and orientation of the objects inside. None of the techniques used are able to kill someone unless he does it directly himself, which is not likely.

Description: Maximilian creates a spherical space around his targets, in which he can manipulate anything he wants in a variety of ways.

Description: Within the space created from Room, Maximilian can separate anything he wants into pieces with his sword and rearrange them to his likings, including people. He can also switch the places of any object inside the space. He can use this technique to swap non-physical items such as personalities (taking on the form of a cartoon heart and only on Non RPCs for like spying and stuff), effectively putting one person in another one's body, though before he can do this he needs to strike the opponent in his usual manner. He can also use this move to switch himself with other objects in order to dodge attacks.

Description: Maximilian uses his ability to levitate an object within his Room. To use this technique, he performs a lifting motion with his index finger (by pointing upwards) and is powerful enough to lift a battleship and part of a river it is in, into the air.

Description: Maximilian scans people inside his Room with a sweeping motion and is capable of locating and switching the place of anything on the scanned people, selectively switching away any items they may have on their person. He can aso uses thi t locate any illnesses, broken bones, ect.

Description: Maximilian strikes his opponent in the chest with his bare hand, causing their heart to fly off their body, encased in a glass-like cube. This attack leaves a square shaped hole on the opponent's body where the heart was and presumably renders the victim incapable of going on in some way, although it doesn't seem to kill the victim but make it very hard to move and breathe.

Description: Maximilian places both of his palms onto his opponent's chest and releases a strong electrical surge like a defibrillator. This can be used as offense and to help others.

RP Sample: A heavy panting was heard in adverage sized, poorly lit room as a very large muscular man tried his hardest to calm his heart and hide. He spotted a large crate and dove behind it after quietly closing the door. Not long after, the door slowly creeped open as a second man entered, but this one was very different. The tall man was less muscular, but had a malevolent smile across his face. "Now now, if you run it might alter the outcome of my new drug~. We don't want that right?" He said with chuckle as he slowly walked into the room. The man behind te crate felt his heart drop when he spoke and begain to panic. In a flash the man jumped up and lifted the crate, "Just die you evil b*****d!!" he yelled as he threw the crate at the silvered hair man with that evil grin. "Room, Tact." the man said with a big smile as a blue sphere engulfed the room and the crate smashed into the wall beside him. "Whoa~ that was a close one. You know you could have hurt someone like that right?" he said sarcastically as he raised his arms, causing two chains to launch from them and pierce the larger man's arm tendons. His screams echoed as he was slowly dragged to the demonic man that only seemed to humming along with smile. "Well then, I think you deserve a lolipop for being such a brave little boy, what do you think? Oh oh, or maybe you want it after your surgery maybe?" He rambled on with his dark humor as the blue sphere disappeared when he started to walk, dragging the flailing torso through the halls. "Hey I'm truly a nice guy ya'know. So to show you how about I detatch your head so you can watch the operation hmm? Sounds fun right you lucky dog you~." He said with a dark laugh and a peaceful smile as he started to hum to the crying screams of terror from the man being dragged against his will along the floor.
