Cowboy Salsa
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup oil
---cook 3 min or until all the sugar is dissolved, allow to cool
-drain and rinse 1 can each of
pinto beans
black eye peas
black beans
-drain 1 can of white corn(yellow white mix or just yellow corn if you cant find it)
1 small onion
1 red or green pepper
1 cup celery
---mix all ingredients together, salt and pepper to taste, refrigerate, best if served the next day, enjoy with jalapeno scoops or whatever scoopy chips you like
