Amatsu Clan
Amatsu Clan

Kekkei Genkai:
Tenshi (Heavenly Gift)
Several things are granted, several are lost. Shinobi in this clan cannot use normal techniques, such as ninjutsu, genjutsu, etc. Instead, some are supplemented with other things, while for other, there is no replacement and thus cannot be used. Furthermore, instead of using chakra, they use what they call aether (explained later).
Kekkei Genkai: No techniques are under KG techniques, despite it being impossible for anyone outside the clan to learn.
Ninjutsu: Rather than using ninjutsu, they use something they call Aether Techniques (will be explained later).
Kenjutsu: These are not replaced; however, clan members must choose from a limited amount of weapons, each with their own abilities. Use of weaponry outside of clan weapons is impossible. Additionally, rather than using average kunai and shuriken, they use something else (explained later).
Genjutsu: None
Fuuinjutsu: None
Summonings: None
Any Additional Technique Types: None

Additionally, they may not literally learn techniques. Instead, all technique advancement is either based on advancing stages or using already learned techniques.

Stage Information:
Stages cannot be naturally obtained and must be obtained in RP. Thus, they are not ranked and do not cost anything. Not even the awakening stage can be naturally obtained. Instead, you must start out at nothing. PM BJW81_RawR for further details or if you have any questions.
Also, before you question the number of lines, the lines required for each stage was determined based on the mathematical system we use to figure out how many lines we need to learn techniques. Each stage was assigned a certain ranked technique. For instance, Experienced Stage was assigned C-Rank. C Ranks cost 3 jutsu points, which is why Experienced gives you 21 jutsu points (cause 3 goes into 21 evenly). 21 Jutsu points worth of C-Ranked techniques comes out to 7 C-Ranked techniques. So I determined how many lines it takes to learn a C-Rank technique, and multiplied it by seven.
The other stages were done similarly, except the final stage. In that one, I jumped all the way up to SS-Ranked techniques (8 points) and instead of using 58 (the number of jutsu points you get from the stage) as my base number, I used 64 (because 8 goes into it evenly 8 times). So on that stage, I kinda bumped the number of lines, but oh well. xD

Stages:
Awakening:
This stage is obtained through a ritual that is completed when a clan member first becomes a shinobi. Since the clan cannot learn normal techniques, they do not enroll in the academy. Instead, they are taught fundamental taijutsu and general skills in groups within the clan itself.
The ritual performed involves forcing a small amount aether (their supplement for chakra) into what's originally the chakra circulatory system. Then, in a matter of a few hours, while the clan member is unconscious, the aether somewhat attacks the chakra, devouring it and converting it to aether itself. Thus, all chakra is destroyed and it is replaced with aether.
After this procedure, they enter what is known as Tengai (Beyond the Heavens). It is an area of pure light with many different paths to take. When one path is taken, it leads to many other paths. Which path is taken determines what you gain from the ritual (aether techniques are gained). How many paths depends purely on the person. Somehow, they subconsciously know exactly which path they desire to follow, despite not being shown anything or given any hints on which path gives which technique. Once someone reaches the end to the final path, there is a shred of darkness, which resembles Earth's Realm. To get back to it, one most enter the darkness. While in Tengai, your body is still in the Earth's realm; however, your consciousness is within Tengai, although time does not advance within Tengai, so theoretically, someone could live within this area. Additionally, if others end up reaching Tengai within the same time, they can literally speak with each another (Tengai will be explained further later as well).
(Essentially, after this, the clan member gets to choose a total of 22 jutsu points worth of techniques from the list below. Some techniques can only be obtained in certain stages.)

Experienced
To obtain this stage, you must complete two things. Firstly, you must reach a certain amount of lines.
Size 9 Text: 112 Lines
Size10 Text: 121 Lines
Size 11 Text: 130 Lines
Size 12 Text: 140 Lines
The lines can be anything involving RP. Not just training, not just battling, anything.
After you reach your line count, you must essentially die in battle.
After you die, you, once again, enter Tengai and follow your paths. Same thing happens as last time.
This time, you obtain an additional 21 jutsu points worth of techniques.

Advanced
To obtain, you must reach a certain amount of lines within RP, through fighting, training, walking, anything.
Size 9 Text: 192 Lines
Size10 Text: 208 Lines
Size 11 Text: 224 Lines
Size 12 Text: 240 Lines
After you reach your line count, you must reach the point of unconsciousness created through exhaustion or aether depletion, although it must occur in a fight.
They enter Tengai again and obtain 24 more jutsu points worth of techniques.

Ultimate
Same thing, lines.
Size 9 Text: 240 Lines
Size10 Text: 260 Lines
Size 11 Text: 280 Lines
Size 12 Text: 300 Lines
After the lines, one must kill someone in battle.
Same thing again, Tengai, paths, darkness, back to the Earth's Realm.
25 Jutsu Points worth of techniques are gained this time.

Mastered
Size 9 Text: 800 Lines
Size10 Text: 866 Lines
Size 11 Text: 933 Lines
Size 12 Text: 1000 Lines
After you reach your lines, you must kill a leader, whether it's the leader of a village (Kage), nation (Lord), or the leader of an organization. Or, you may kill someone who has already obtained this stage.
This time, a whopping 58 jutsu points are gained (and thus, you should reach the most you can ever get, which is 155 jutsu points, which includes five additional points that count for whichever weapon you choose (they're all A-Ranked Weapons, hence, five additional points)).

Background:
I'll fill in later.

Clan Information:
Aether:
Aether is the supplement for chakra. It has a few distinguishing details. First off, clan members manipulate aether and can surge it around their bodies, thus, no hand signs are required for any of their techniques. Additionally, some techniques are elemental (they can use all five elements); however, the techniques only have the effects of the elements, they're not literally the elements. Because of this, they have no strength or weakness over ninjutsu elements.
Aether has a constant appearance. It is always has black solid as its base appearance, then it is often lightly coated with another colored liquid that surrounds the solid. The color of the liquid depends on the technique being used. A last layer of a black gas is also added. Additionally, aether always seems to be in a gas form, although it does have solidity, liquidity, and gas-like structures, it all depends on how it is used.

Basic Projectiles:
Rather than use your average projectiles, clan members use aether projectiles. They are made directly our of aether, thus costing aether similar to a technique, but it allows for an unlimited use of them. The amount of aether it requires is very small. Ten projectiles worth of aether would only take a single post to restore. The effects of these projectiles is that they can freely switch between a solid, liquid, and gas, although the appearance doesn't change at all. Additionally, changing the projectiles form can only be done once every two posts.

Tengai
Tengai isn't literally heaven, it's only named after it because of its appearance. Instead, it's an entirely different realm that is impossible to reach by anyone other than a clan member, although theoretically, one could bring someone to this place as well, although it'd take an extremely powerful technique.
Outside of assuming Tengai is a different realm, not much is known about it.
When entering Tengai through Kekkei Genkai advancement, all injuries are healed somewhat. Cuts stop bleeding, unconsciousness turns to dizziness, fatal wounds turn to correlating injuries, etc.

Branches

All techniques obtainable are listed here. Please note that you may send me techniques if you want them somewhere within this. If I like them, I'll add them and may possibly edit them.
Firstly, there are four classifications of techniques.
Normal Aether Techniques: These are techniques that are not restricted. In other words, unlike the following two, you can have these techniques without restraints.
Yin Aether Techniques: There's not much to say. Simply put, each yin technique has an opposite yang technique that cannot go together. In other words, the yang technique below the corresponding yin technique cannot both be obtained.
Yang Aether Technique: Same thing as above, except switched around. To sum both up, you either choose the Yin technique or you choose the Yang technique.
[Note: Each yin-yang pair of techniques will be clearly divided by lines.]
Weapons: Weapons are in its own class simply because, as mentioned before, people within the clan can either use one or some of these weapons...or nothing. Additionally, each weapon or weapon set can only be obtained in a certain stage. (The unique general projectiles will not be listed because they've already been completely explained in the above section). Normally, only one weapon can be obtained by a single character; however, in some cases, some weapons go together. Lastly, only one weapon or weapon set can ever be gained, so choose wisely.

General Branch

Techniques listed here can be obtained at any time, through any stage.

First Branch - Awakening (Birth) Branch

Techniques listed here must be obtained in the awakening stage.

Second Branch - Experienced Branch

Techniques listed here must be obtained in the experienced stage.

Third Branch - Advanced Branch

Techniques listed here must be obtained in the advanced stage.

Fourth Branch - Ultimate Branch

Techniques listed here must be obtained in the ultimate stage.

Final Branch - Mastered Branch

Techniques listed here must be obtained in the mastered stage.

Weaponry

Once again, only one weapon or weapon set can ever be obtained by one character.

Aether Blades

Owner: Reserved for BJW81_RawR
Rank: S
Branch: One & Two
Description: A series of blades that manifest at the user's will. Up to six blades may be created and they can only be manifested within five feet of the user. Additionally, each blade can extend from only half a foot in length to two meters in length; from less than an inch in width to a foot in width. These blades are literally unbreakable and just as sharp as your average blade. The last ability it has is that it can use aether techniques as an extension of its power, meaning one can essentially place their techniques into the blade, then activate them in a slightly different form. The benefit of this is that no hand seals are required. One last ability is that it can absorb other Aether Techniques once every six posts, and then release them, making this a perfect weapon against other clan members.
