Personality:
At first impression, Czech seems to be rather cold. It takes awhile for him to warm up to someone because he is distrusting of others. This distrust came due to his past of being controlled and tossed around by other countries.
Around his few friends (Russia and the Nordics), he tends to be loud and outspoken. He enjoys a good time but does get irritated by surprises. Another way to irritate him is to tease him because he dislikes being teased.
It's easy to tell if he likes someone because he gets painfully shy. This shyness is often attempted to be hidden by false confidence. He will also try to avoid the person if he can just to avoid being abandoned and rejected.
Czech does tend to have a foul mouth when he is irritated.
Fun Fact: His strand of hair is his erogenous zone. It is similar to Italy and Romano's curls or Austria's mole.
Bio:
I was raised as part of the kingdom of Boihemia. Well there was a time before that when I, along with my brother were part of a group of Germanic Slav tribes. I don't remember those years too well. If you want to know more about those years, ask Slovakia.
Anyways, we became part of the Holy Roman Empire's home. It was very nice. Up until Prussia gained control of parts of me during the Succession Wars. Soon after the war had ended, there was the Great Famine. I lost so many good people during that year.
As Holy Roman Empire fell, my brother and I were taken into the home of Austria, which later became both Austria and Hungary's home.
World War 1 came and we lost more people. It was getting to be too much. Things only turned worse when Austria and Hungary separated and Slovakia and I had to figure out how to do things on our own. I think Slovakia took charge and really got us together. It was fine until we were separated and part of Slovakia was given to Poland. Germany took me. He occupied me and had forced my people into labor on concentration camps. I couldn't stand what the Nazis were doing to my people. This was the first time I had to make a decision by myself, without Slovakia. I rallied who was left and took back control. We were doing fine but needed some help. It came in the form of Russia and America. They had brought their troops and forced the Germans out of my lands. I felt bad that Soviet soldiers lost their lives trying to protect my home. Succeeding in getting Germany out of my land and getting Slovakia returned to me, together we forced the German minority back to Germany and Austria.
For years, Slovakia, Russia and I were friends. Well, that's what I believed anyways. He had my people paying back by taking control and having us use a communist government. Things seemed mostly fine until about 8 years ago. Slovakia was tired of the communist government and decided that he wanted to be his own nation. Words came from his mouth that I wish I had not heard. "I hate you. Leave me alone." I was dying inside when he said those very words. There was nothing I could do. I wasn't use to be alone. Though the past couple of years, I have become an ally to my brother. I still yearn for the days of Czechoslovakia, The days when we were able to be together and no one would question.
Relationships:
Austria - His Father Figure. Was raised by him during his time of Holy Roman Empire and the Austria-Hungary Empire. Still sees him as a father even though he is German speaking
Hungary - His Mother Figure. Was raised by her when she was with Austria. Feels a bit scared of her when she has a frying pan at hand.
Germany - Hates him for many reasons. Always calls him a Nazi and such.
Prussia - Also Hates him for many of the same reasons as Germany. Calls him a Nazi and says that he is German.
Denmark - One of the countries that Czech gets along with. They are often seen drinking and getting drunk enough not to remember anything that happens afterwards. Often will call Denmark either Den or Cutie.
Russia - Friend. Almost like a brother. Their relationship turns from hate to caring and is very bipolar.
Poland - Hates him and the way he talks. Will avoid him because he believes he is contiguous.
Slovakia - His twin brother who he wants to be with again. Often tries to find ways to remarry the male.
America - an Ally who helped him along with Russia in WW2. He sort finds him cute but annoying. Often gets mad at him for his lack of sense of directions and finds him retarded but still so cute. Though there was some kind of Missile defense system project going on but it is unknown if it is going to be continuing.
Romano (South Italy) - a sort of tense relationship. Neither will given in easily. Somehow end up ******** each other because of touching each other's erogenous zones. Usually done after a long swearing contest and then violence following before the hair/curl pulling
Liechtenstein - has some kind of beef with each other involving land. Czech along with Slovakia took land from the royal family long ago and now refuse to return it.
