" You really...mean that?" He asked me in a clear shock. I nodded and looked back at the sky. "All i've ever really wanted Doctor, in the catagory of you, is for you to be happy, even if the whole thing was nothing more then a story..but seeing as whats happened..well yeah.." I could feel my cheeks heating up for a blush as I spoke and felt an arm wrap about my shoulders and gave a side ways hug. " thank you." He said while then putting his head on my shoulder. I felt my whole body tense up and my heart began to beat rapidly in my chest. I had never been good about being close to anyone unless they where family. "Ri-right. so what happens now? I made a wish and all that.." The Doctor lifted his head up a moment and looked at me "Well....We wait for it to-" He was cut off by a sudden flash of light and was gone after it cleared I looked every where and felt a bit sad and missing the onesided hug i had gotten. "i guess...my wish didn't get through..." I stood up but stop when i noticed an object on the ground catching the light. the Sonic screwdriver! It must have fallen from a pocket or something when he vanished. "...So...maybe there is a chance.."I shook my head and picked up the device and pocketed it. "Well, I better get going..."
three days later after the whole mess happened...
I sat in a small cafe stareing at my phone and holding the sonic screwdriver like a good like charm in hopes id get a call from a hotel chain to be a chef for them, so far nothing. I gave a small sigh. "well, at least the news has been doing well with the whole star thing...so many alein consperiacy stories have poped up " I looked away from my phone and at the sonic screw driver in my hands. "if you did get what i wished fore Doctor...where are you?" after i asked this a feeling of overwelming danger filled my heart and i grabbed my phone and dove under the table as a body came crashing through a window and landing on the ground not to far from me in a spray of glass. I looked over and gave a starled cry, it was the Doctor, but in normal clothing, like jeans and a tee shirt , covered in cuts from the glass. he moaned and opened his eyes, looking towards me. I moved quickly from under the table over to him, avoiding the glass as much as I could. "Hello....Nichelle." He said with a weak smile. "Sorry it took three days to find you again."
I blinked, he was seriously apologizeing for something he had no power over? " Doctor, you do not need to apologize for that...but what threw you?"
He never answered for a loud screech answered for me.
