Tinkerbell's Tinker Log
Well I have a lot of spare time in Pixie Hollow, so when I'm bored and have stuff that I've been thinking about, it'll go here!
How I became a Senshi- Part 2
I swallowed and turned back to the darkness, still so dark, despite my own fairy glow. I kept walking and flying. Suddenly I heard the voice from my dream again.

Keep going, oh fairy of light, one of heals what is broken.

I gasped and immediately broke into sprint. I felt the pull deeply again, and flew as fast as my wings could carry me. Then yet again the pull stopped. I stopped, feeling my face turn red with frustration. I wanted to scream. I turned around and saw that the light at the beginning of the cave was gone. I was in the belly. The frustration within me turned to anger.

"This is total feather fluff!" I yelled kicking a rock, regretting this almost immediately as pain shot through my foot. "OW! OW! OW! I hate you, stupid dream voice!"

I sat heavily on the ground, my face on my knees, arms crossed over top. Then I heard the voice again, a silver light shining through my closed eyelids.

"You have made it, healer of the broken. Redeemer of those who are tossed aside."

I looked up, bewildered to see a woman, my size, but with no wings. She had an interesting look and in her hands was the golden hammer of my dreams. I then thought about her words more clearly. Healer of the broken? I couldn't even fix my own broken heart.

"I think you have the wrong tinker, Miss Dream Lady." I said quietly, feeling my own light dim in my sadness. She smiled and knelt before me, putting a hand on my cheek. She shook her head.

"No my dear, you are the one. Once you hold your weapon, you will feel it too."

She held out the hammer. I reluctantly took it from her hands. Immediately I felt different, like this hammer was always supposed to be in my hands. I could feel something on my tongue, something I had never heard in a sentence before, but I knew I was supposed to say. I looked at the Lady in shock as she stood and stepped away. She nodded, as though she knew what I was thinking. I stood to my feet and cried out.

"Pixie Power Make-up!"

I threw my hammer, it was already mine-no doubt about that, into the air and watched amazed as a golden circle rose around me. I closed my eyes holding out my arms as I felt warmth over flow through me. It felt like it was seconds while at the same time it was eternity, but it was done. I opened my eyes and looked down at my clothes as golden pixie dust settled around me. The hammer in my hand was longer, more like a scepter and the white birch wood hand intricate carvings of gold.

"You are Sailor Pixie Hollow, chosen protector of this realm as well as the healer and fixer of all things broken. This is your destiny."

I felt my mouth drop as my head spun with confusion. Protector of this realm? So their were others? The woman smiled but held up one finger. I held the hammer/scepter at my side and nodded for her to continue.

"You are not alone, there are many Sailor Scouts who protect other realms and places. In time you probably will be called upon to help them, and other times you'll call upon them to help you as well. You all were chosen because of the light within you. There is a darkness spreading, even to the innocent realm of dreams in Neverland. We need to be ready to defend those who can't defend themselves."

I nodded, it made sense and more than that, I could feel it within me of being true. I thought about the coming Darkness, but not scared for some odd reason. Then a sudden thought crossed my mind, a troubling worrisome thought.

"But I don't know how to fight. I've never had the need." I said, quietly, almost feeling ashamed with my lack of experience in our peaceful dell. The woman pursed her lips and then smiled.

"Do not worry, you will learn. To change back into your normal form, just hold your scepter to your chest and focus on that image in your mind."

And with that she began to fade. I wanted to stop her, but I knew that she needed to go. She smiled at me and there was a flash of bright light. I found myself standing in my normal clothes and holding the golden hammer in my hand.

For a second I doubted myself, had it just been a dream? The images were blurry as a dream, but at the same time so distinctive. As though it was a living person, I felt my hammer send out a pull. I looked down at it and smiled, no, it wasn't a dream and I started making my way back.

After a few moments, I heard a cry for help. I paused, and there it was again. It sounded as though someone was in pain. Instinctively I flew towards the sound in the dark woods. The moon shone on a single clearing, where I could see the glow of a fairy shimmering between shadows. As I approached I could see Terrence being pulled in every direction by shadows.

I stopped, shadows? Are these what the Gray Lady spoke of? I could feel my hammer in my hand vibrating, as though in eagerness. I threw it up in the air.

"Pixie Power Make-up!"

I caught my scepter and tore into the clearing. The shadows were formless, like inkblots. They stopped when they saw my light, still covering Terrence.

"Let him go!" I yelled, unsure of what to do, but holding the scepter as though I was about to strike them. Suddenly the words came to me, as though the scepter was pushing them into my head. "Pixie Dust Beam Activation!"

Suddenly the scepter shot out a beam of light, glittered with golden pixie dust. The inkblots let out a scream and dropped Terrence to the ground. I ran to his side, still holding out the scepter in case anything was still out there.

"Are you okay?" I asked, turning him over. His green eyes widened and he nodded. Terrence glanced around and sat up, rubbing his wrists and the back of his neck.

"What were those things? What are you doing wearing that?" Terrence asked one right after the other. I pulled him to his feet.

"Well it's sort of a long story...." After I finished, Terrence nodded. I could tell he was still confused, but he didn't ask anymore questions. I took the seconds he was using to gain his ground to change back into my normal form, tucking the hammer into my belt.

We had started back to Pixie Hollow when I started my story and as we approached the dying party, with various party-goers staggering off to their houses, Terrence looked at me. I bit my lip and waited.

"Well I had no doubt you were special, Tink. But what are you going to do now?" I smiled in relief and reached out to Terrence. I squeezed his hand gratefully, glad he was so willing to accept the craziness of the situation. I let go and looked out at the Stars and the Bright Moon. I looked back at Terrence and grinned mischievously, despite the warning the Gray Lady gave about the coming Darkness and the broken heart I would still have to work to fix, I answered silly and laughing.

"Well I'm going to kick some butt of course!"

With that, Terrence and I laughed until the Sun broke through the sky, almost blinding us with its pure light illuminating all of Neverland. I looked over Pixie Hollow, no doubt the prettiest section of our little world. Yeah, I thought with a smile as Terrence and I parted ways and headed to our respective homes, I think I could kick some butt for this place
