MERLO'S MEMORIAL!
The Merlo Tribute Post:

"The Story Of Merlo", a great story indeed. Merlo can be heard nationwide but the real story can only be heard here. . .

Once upon a time, in the land of Gaia little kids and fat single men and women used to chatter about how real life sucks, a man created the bar of Merlo. This man of course . . .was Merlo . With his bar he created a new legacy of Rping. The first generation of Merlo's introduced the characters of:

Sa
Merlo
Karena <the Fox Girl>
Troy Hobbleton III
Sakura Neko
Kasina
Luperca


All seemed to play an important role to the creation of the place we all loved to enjoy. They created stories and swapped ideas around with the toss of their words. Gaia couldn't seem to be any more fun. . .UNTIL. . .
BAM BAM BAM Generation two created the impact of what we all have grown to know and love. From the Introduction of:

and many more which faded. . .

Joy became even more fun as we all laughed gayily. Hah that's right we said Gayily. . .But anyway. . .Merlo's wasn't just a thread inside some pathetic forum. It was the biggest waste of time in our lives. . .I say that in a good way. And as Zero and others drift away from Gaia, you could always spot people such as [Lo], and everyone to support the cause. With the story to a close, the legend can only be unfolded as it is rebrought to you again in the corniest way possible. . .Remaking it with a terrible name. Maybe this is a dumb idea, maybe we aren't the smartest people in the world. but remember this. . . We WILL try. . .

In retrospect, Merlo's was one of the better threads around. Has's Tavern will always remain near and dear to my heart as well. Hasishiko, wherever you are, and Neko...be well, friends. Many people come and go from Gaia. A lot of people have multiple accounts or just come here to play dress up. In the end...even if what he said was right and it was all a waste of time, the people we've met and the relationships and bonds we made will always be a treasured memory.

To the people we've let go and the people we've seen go that we just couldn't hold on to, I will keep this post alive right here in my journal. I thank the character "Merlo's Bar and Grill" for his efforts. At least his heart was in the right place.
