Harvest moon : chap 1

Every night when theres a harvest moon, the flatter stalks the grounds in serch for revenge. 

20 days before prom.

Day 1:

A large grey hound bus makes Its way down a night time  country road in Kansas. hills, farms houses and achers of corn fields meet the bus on either side. Kim is resting her head on hand while her elbow sits on the window she gazes out across the darkness and grunts. "this is so boring!" she turns towards her friend Amy whose is bobbing and swaying back and forward to the music on her mp3 player. Kim shakes her head. "Amy! Earth to Amy!" she shoutes while waving her hand to gain her friends attention. Amy looks up then presses pause. "what do you want!" I was just about to get to the best part of the song. Kim now angered, crossed her arms and turned her body halfway towards the window.  "fine be that way Amy, it's just like you to enjoy yourself why I suffer." Amy rolled her eyes then replaced her iPod back into her back pack. "ok fine!" she sighed. "you win, so what do you wanna talk about." Kim continued to glare at her. "why did you sigh!?" "I heard you, I thought we were friends!" "I didn't sigh, I was yawning, see!" Amy streached out her arms to demonstrate a yawn. "ahh haa, I'm not stupid!" "I know what I saw." suddently someone reached out, graved amy's arm and kissed the back of it. "ewwww gross!" Amy yanked her arm away. "Earl quit that!" both girls looked up to see Earl who was starring over there seat making a cookie grin. "so were you two girls talking about me!" "Hella no, in your dreams!" Amy wpied her back hand on her shirt. "you got your slobber on me!." "that wasn't slobber it was love!" Earl replied while holding out his hand as if to wait for amy's returning affection. "go screw yourself ok!" came her answer. "great just great! My suposobly best friend and Earl are hitting on each other, and I'm still here having a freakin boring time." Kim shook her head. "what's there to be bored about Kim?" Amy asked while fending off Earl as he tried to reach to touch her hair. "just about everything!" Kim turned back towards the window. "I don't even know why we had to leave Columbia, to come out to a deserted place like this. "this is just a school field trip, get over it!" said Earl as he sat back in his seat. Kim turned all the way around in her seat and looked over. "you know what, screw your Earl, if your so smart then tell me why should I get over it. Earl reached down and picked up his bass guitar. "I can't answer everything for you, but I do know that if I were in your shoes I'd!" "yes go on! Said Kim with a look of intrest." Earl played a tune, and smiled. "I'd go out with Earl Thomas!" "you freakin bastered!" Kim turned back in her seat. "can you believe that jerk!" Kim looked up. Amy was again bobbing her head to the mp3 music. Kim let out a big sigh. "so much for friends!" she laid her head back down on her hand while continuing to watch the passing corn fields.
