As a Moderator you are expected to do a few things. No pressure! wink I am leaving all journal entries open to the public. I want to be transparent as a Mod and thread creator about our policies if questions arise.
1) Model behavior. Hey, you are a Mod, a figurehead of the thread, please follow all rules. Setting good examples are key. Turn off topic convo's on topic and calm arguments. Be nice... ect.
2) Impartiality. This is a hard one. If rule breaking is going on you need to be able to spot it and deal with it; even if a regular and/or friend is doing it. Follow the 3 Strike warning. Do not take sides, and remain impartial, it is hard, boy do I know! However, it must be done for the sake of the thread.
3) Do not use mule gold for your avi. I know, I know, it must be said. Mule gold is for the mule. I am thinking about running dress up contests in the future. That said, if you want to play Booty Grab on this mule for shits and giggles do so she needs the gold! But remember, you cannot take the gold off this mule.
4) Do not use the mule for anything other than Moding or posting in the thread. Again, hey this had to be said. No events, no nothing ^_^.
5) I as Blackrose_Knight and creator of this thread and mule reserve the right to remove and Mod from their position for any reason. I can tell you that I will not use this right unless you have done something that is very un-Mod-like or have stolen from the mule. Just don't do it! I need all the help I can get!
6) When sending out PM's or posting in the thread, please sign your PM/post at the bottom with your main account so I and everyone else can keep track of who is saying and doing what.
7) Don't take this too seriously! If you are triggered or set off by something feel free to PM another Mod's main and take a break! Go for a walk, play a first person shooter game, or anything else that winds you down. I don't want people getting burnt out over this thread.
