So, I'm sure that if you're here, it's because you noticed that there's been announcements going around about my getting married. Yes. I am. On Gaia.
While I realize that I'm being a bit of a hipster by "jumping on the bandwagon" because of the featured guild, I figured that if you're getting married on gaia in the first place you're being a bit silly, so I'm perfectly okay with it in this sense. Respira and I have been close friends for years, and I'm sure that we'll have fun getting married. ^^ I haven't heard any negative responses yet, particularly because I am marrying myself to a female avatar--although Spira's not really a girl IRL, FYI--but I'm sort of expecting some. My little sisters have objected to it already, but considering their "holier-than-thou" religious approach I'm not really paying attention to it. After all, it is only Gaia. They expressed questionable feelings about my couple art quest as well, but hey--to each his/her own.
In any case, I'm looking forward to getting married. Our theme is "The Sun and Moon", particularly because Respie is OBSESSED with the moon. XD I'm hoping that expanding it a little will give out some nice responses as far as what other people show up wearing. I'm very excited!! I've already invited anyone from my home guild, the "Daughters of Gaia", but pretty much anyone else is also welcome. <3
