Theres defintly something wrong with the town of Bright Falls. Theres an infestation of pure darkness attacking it. I think it's coming from the lake. Its been associated with a lot of weird disturbances. I can't sense darkness or light like I can sense chaos and order, but it dosen't take a white mage to know theres something wrong with it. Somehow, it's connected to the famous writed Alan Wake as well. He and his wife went missing last week, right after arriving. Only he's turned up, with no clue where he's been.
I've been seeing shadow men around at night. Everything I do to fight these dark men is useless. Finally, when I used fire, they cringed against its light. After enough light, I was able to harm them, but they keep getting up and getting their dark sheild back. I had no choice but to kill them. I'm not sure if they were human. They spoke in bizzare tones, repeating random things over and over. And when killed, they vanish.
I've decided to seek out a fourth member for my party. Someone smart. I'm going to try and find the mysterious detective L first. I've heard he and a secretive team are using an old Justice League satelite as their base of operations. I've taken Dimentio to go with me. The team is throwing everything they have at us to keep us away.
