A place to write stuff o3o
I won't write much. I'm only putting one up for one of my OC's past reference.
Name: Raine Laveda (Rain, Cleansed) [x]
Hometown: (Jhoto) IIex Forest (Near Azalea Town)
Age: 19
Gender: Female
Height: 5'8"
Hair: Long, Wavy, Blonde. Sometimes down and sometimes in a ponytail. No bangs.
Eyes: Violet with a hint of blue.
Pokemon: Typhlosion (Tyson), Luxray (Starlit), Pikachu (Sparky), Charizard (Fuhrel), Squirtle (Yoshi), Haunter (Spirit).

Personality: Independant, Loyal to her friends, tries to do what is right (not just for herself but for others), slightly impatient, hates suprises, has a love hate type of relationship with her deceased parents, likes to visit new places and to hear their tales, secretly a hopeless romantic type, likes to joke around and have fun, though she knows how and when to be serious (which is how she may appear to be around people at first).

Vow: To take down Team Rocket.

Past: Raine's parents were away from home alot due to their jobs (which were unknown to Raine at this time), so she was always alone with her two best friends in the world - a male Cyndaquil named Tyson and a female Shinx named Starlit. She would wander the forest alot, playing with the wild pokemon that had inhabited it, while ocassionally coming across trainers and bug catchers when she couldn't avoid them. Occasionally she would wander into Azalea town when she needed supplies, wanted to play with the slowpoke or hear the locals stories.

At the age of 14 , she got a job as Kurt's (the custom pokeball maker) apprentice. Her job was to gather as many apricorns as she could within a month to make his pokeballs with. At times Raine would play with his grandaughter Maisy, instead of doing her job. By now, Raine was a pretty decent pokemon trainer and had her first badge (the Hive Badge from Bugsy). Her Cyndaquil was now a Quilava and her Shinx was a Luxio.

One day when she had been home alone for three months, her thoughts went to her parents as she layed on the rug in the family room. They weren't usually gone for that long. The longest they ever left her alone for was a month. She hadn't received one message or any money to help keep her and her pokemon alive (that's one reason for the job with Kurt). A couple days later, Raine heard a knock on the door. When she opened it, she saw the one person that she would never have expected- Giovanni. "I'm afraid I have some bad news Miss. Raine."

It just so happened that her parents had died in a accident at one of Team Rockets hidden bases by some 'neerdowell' trainer. At first she couldn't beleive what he was saying to her. She just couldn't beleive that her parents were dead, let alone a couple of Team Rocket Executives; but when Giovanni pulled out a couple of photo's, there was no denying that it was the truth. Needless to say, she was forced to join team Rocket that day. She was furious that her parents would join such a organization, but at the same time she felt dishearted for losing them (they were still her parents afterall).

Since Raine wouldn't do what they told her to, she was locked away in a seperate room, away from her beloved pokemon. There, she stayed for days..cold and alone. She soon realized that she had no choice but to join them, until she could find the right moment to escape. While she pretended to work with them, she did all she could to foil their plans without letting on that it was her doing. Sadly, one of the grunts had realized that she was messing up their plans and reported to Giovanni himself inconspicuously on the phone. He immediatly ordered Raine's capture while on the field.

At once, all the grunts that were on the feild with her at that time, ganged up on her. Raine only had the two pokemon at this time, and so was quickly near losing by the sheer number of pokemon ganging up on them. When near to defeat, the grunt that had told Giovanni what she was up to, sent out Victorybell. The other pokemon dispersead when they saw it, and before she knew it, she blacked out by Victorybells use of the attack sleep powder.

When Raine came to, she couldn't see a thing. She took out a pokeball and called upon Starlit to light up the cave with Spark. "Call your pokemon off, unless you want to get caught." Her eyes strained trying to see who was talking to her, but all she could see was a shadow within shadows. "Who are you?" she asked "It doesn't concern you. I'm not one of them if that is what you are implying." Oddly, she felt she could trust him and so told Starlit to stop lighting up the bit of cave.

The two stayed in silence until the mysterious man felt it safe to leave. "I will lead you to the nearest Pokemon Center, but from there you are on your own." It was night, so she still found it a little hard to see, but she nodded in agreeance. Again the two walked in silence. Raine, trying so hard to figure out who this man could be. From what she could see, he looked to be someone out of some sort of odd superhero/ villan movie.

When she awoke in the morning at the pokemon center, she saw that the man was not there. So she headed outside to see him staring at the sky. "Uhm...thanks...for yesterday." He slowly turned and looked at her with a smile. "Don't mention it..." He paused waiting for a name. "Raine. Raine Laveda." She smiled back, her two pokemon at her side. "Raine.." He said to himself while turning his back to her "I'll be sure to remember that." Puzzled, she watched him walk off. He was at a distance before she realized "W-wait! I still don't know your name!" He chuckled but didn't turn around or stop "It's Will." and with that he was gone.

Years have passed since then. Raine had gathered all the badges from Jhoto, while still trying to foil Team Rocket when they crossed paths. For these reasons she has not once returned to IIex Forest or Azalea Town. She knew too well that Giovanni would want her out of the way even after all this time. When she reached the Indigo Plateau, she was suprised to see that her first challenger was Will. To her dissmay he pretended that he didn't recognize her, until she left for her second challenge right when the doors closed.

Raine managed to defeat the Elite four and it's Champion in a heated battle. Now she faces her next challenge.
