My awful Aunt is cleaning out her house as part of the divorce. She's returning some of our heirlooms in process. Today boxes came with her horrible cat sculptures she'd collected. I agreed to take them because among them were some pieces that belonged to the Aunts, whom I loved. The last piece I pulled from wrappings was the wooden sleeping cat I most associated with Aunt Ruth. It was worth it for that.
