It shoots you down just so that you can lie there bleeding out thinking about all the things you did wrong. All the things that you could have changed. All the things that YOU did to make this happen. It's all your fault. People can tell you it isnt... but in your mind. Everything that happened could be different if you had or hadnt done THIS.
The world is that kind of place where when you first find someone, it helps you realize that "love" isnt love. It helps you learn what love really is. It helps you grow and become the person you have always wanted to be by teaching you lessons. But then the world realizes that there is nothing left for you to learn, and it gets angry. The world decides that now you know what love is and you know who your friends are and you are getting your whole life together, it's going to rip the only real friends you've had, right out of your hand. It's going to get you fired from work and its going to make your one and only true love sleep with someone else, or stop loving you back.
The world is the kind of jealous b*****d that wants you to be unhappy. The world is a backstabbing b***h.
all these things happen throughout your life... there is no way to stop it and you just want it all to go away. but i suppose one day it all will. the world will move on and terrorize some other poor soul and you will find out that what the world did wasnt such a bad thing because, you can be happy again. and being happy AGAIN is better than being happy the first time. Because you realize that things are so much brighter when you have been in the dark for so long.
