So this one was kinda weird... I had it after ma petite called me this morning/afternoon. It was dire news, so I expected that, when I went back to sleep, I'd have a nightmare... It was far from it ^_^
So in my dream I was standing outside a door to this house I've never seen in my life. I was just standing there in my leather jacket with my right hand shoved slightly into the pocket of my pants, holding my jacket open. I was wearing my favorite overshirt and tank top on under the jacket, and my jeans were my favorite flare pants. My shoes were my black leather dress shoes and they matched my outfit beautifully. It seemed like I was waiting for something and, soon enough, someone came to the door and it was none other than ma petite.
It was as though she had been expecting me. Time seemed to skip forward a bit and I was standing in the living room smiling at her as she laid down on the couch. It wasn't a perverted type thing, it was just a sweet, cute type thing. I walked over to her and squeezed onto the couch with her and wrapped my arms around her. We didn't really talk much, we just smiled and cuddled...
Then it was like time skipped forward again, but it was the same day. We were walking around what seemed to be a fancy mall(fancy compared to what we have here on the outskirts of Houston). We stopped at some store I've never even heard of or seen. It sold books and electronics, but that was it. She was telling someone about this new book that was just released or something. After a while, I took her hand in mine and led her from the store. We spent quite a while in this "scene", if you will, walking around the mall and talking.
Time skipped again and we were sitting at a kitchen table or a counter... Either way we were sitting next to each other and were just talking. I had my hand lightly on her's and was looking oh so lovingly into her eyes... Then we kissed softly and I felt my heart flutter(though whether it was just in the dream or in real life I don't know...). Then some older guy, I assume it was her dad, was in the kitchen and said, "Damn, can't I even get a moment to finish my food?"
It was weird, like he was okay with her being with me just he didn't want to see it when he was eating, and I hadn't even known he was there. Ma petite was about to tell him off when heavy metal drumming filled my ears. It drowned out her retort and it took me a moment to realize the sound was my phone ringing.
Needless to say, I was pissed to roll over and see that it was my cuz calling. He had to go and ruin my perfect dream... But that dream has kept me going all day.
