Chance Encounter
"Rixa.Hey Rixa....RIXA!" Rixa opened her eyes and saw Axel staring at her."Just because I gave you those headphones doesn't mean you can use them to ignore me.", Axel said, "Geez..." Rixa didn't pay attention and put her headphones back on.Even in the Grey Area, she would listen to the music, which annoyed many of the members.Saix was among them and to punish her, he was going to send her back to Beast's Castle and make her stay there till she had at least eliminated all of the heartless from the castle.Rixa didn't care either way, just another training exercise.But when she arrived to Beast's Castle, there asn't a heartless in sight.She thought this was odd, especially since her mission was to take care of them.She scouted the entire area, but still found no hint of the heartless.
"Where in the world are they?", Rixa groaned, "How am I supposed to eliminate them if they're not even here?"
She prepared to head back and report to Saix when she sensed something.Her body started trembling with excitement as a dark aura surrounded her.She recognized it as the one she had felt during her last visit and knew that the impostor had to be nearby.She hid behind a pillar and closed her eyes.She could see in a strange vision, searching through the castle when she centered on something.Someone was on a balcony and she realized that it was him.She stopped and planned a surprise attack on him.She sneaked toward his direction, putting her hood over her face, making sure to be quiet as she did.The impostor didn't move or seem to sense her approach, being focused on his thoughts.Xion was on his mind, and he replayed their fight in his head.How could she have a keyblade?, he wondered.He groaned as he felt a sudden force hit his side.He stepped back and saw a sword stuck in the place where he had been standing.He had barely avoided it and his side was bleeding a little.
"Who are you?", he asked, holding his left arm to his side to stop the bleeding, "Come out, I can feel your presence."
A figure stepped out from the darkness and took the giant sword out of the ground.Swinging the sword and holding it down, neither spoke.
"Another one of them...Guess I better fight then.", he whispered to himself, summoning his sword, Soul Eater, "Won't be easy, from the looks of it."
"A fight...interesting.", the other figure whispered, "Give me all you've got."
They suddenly were in the air, slashing and blocking one another's attacks.The figure laughed at him, enjoying every moment.They stopped and he fell to the ground, panting.He had never experienced a fight like this, so he removed his hood.The other figure gave a low gasp, seeing his long, silver-white hair.He was blindfolded, but had no trouble seeing.
"Who are you?You're one of them, but never have I fought one like you.", he said, "Can I at least see your face?"
The other figure removed the hood as well, letting the long flowing white hair fall down.The man opened his eyes, almost blushing at the beauty of the girl he was staring at.He regained his composure, reminding himself that this was a member of the Organization and that they were the enemy.He couldn't help himself though, thinking that this girl was the most beautiful one he'd ever seen.He picked himself up and stood in a fighting stance, ready to resume the fight.The girl smirked and made her sword dissappear.She didn't want to continue fighting and put her hands down.He stayed still, thinking she was trying to trick him, but saw she was gone.She reappeared in front of him and punched him in the face, sending him rolling on the floor.His sword dematerialized and he tried to stand, but was too weak from that last assault.The girl walked to him, he expecting her to finish him off, but he saw that she had extendted her hand to help him up.He gave it and as she pulled him up, he stared into her eyes.Blue like the deepest ocean, he thought.
"Never faced a guy that fought blindfolded, but you gave a pretty good fight.", she said, "No wonder Xion lost."
"You mean that girl I fought the other day?", he asked, bewildered at her calm manner, "Well, she wasn't much of a challenge, unlike you.But why are you being so friendly?You're with the Organization, aren't you?One of them?"
"Yes...but I don't have to follow their rules, which I dislike anyway.", the girl said bluntly,"And besides, you gave me a fight like I've never had before."
The man was confused, unable to understand how a Nobody could act the way the girl was acting.And he started feeling strange as well, liking her.She's not so bad, he thought, Plus she's really cute.
"What's your name, then?", he asked, "I'm Riku."
"Riku?Nice to meet you.", the girl said, extending her hand, "My name is Rixa, No. XV."
"Nice to meet you too.", Riku said, shaking her hand, "But aren't you going to try to get rid of me?"
"Not really, Riku.I only wanted to fight you for Xion's sake, you know, the girl you beat.", Rixa said, "And I did.You can go and do as you please."
Riku smiled at her, making her blush.He wasn't as bad as she thought he'd be and he was really nice.Plus cute, but she wouldn't admit it.Saix would be mad if he found out about this, she thought, so she decided not to tell him.She said farewell and dissappeared quickly, leaving no trace of ever being there.Riku stayed, staring at the sky.Rixa was an interesting Nobody, unlike any of the ones he'd met.
"It will definitely be a good idea to stay in touch with her.", he whispered,"To think of the info I could get from her...or maybe get to know her better."
