	I'm a little scared. I woke up and couldn't breathe this morning ... I make it sound alot worse than it is. But I pretty much couldn't stand up because there was in my chest, that makes it really hard for me to breathe. It's really scarey cause I couldn't stop it like usual. It's better now ... but it hasn't gone away.

	Well I had to go to school, cause my parents were like forcing me too. And so I was one the bus and it got better. But like as soon as I got to school, and saw all those people, ans halls, and stairs, I just like freaked out. And I was dizzy and couldn't breathe. The nurse says I was having an Anxiety Attack. So, my dad came to get me.
