Wow, 2 years since I've posted here. My LJ's been more updated than this one. There's so much that's gone on in my life in these 2 years that can be said. I've become where I can't afford college and am now going on 3 years with Dominos (www.tipthepizzaguy.com for what we drivers go through), have a new seasonal job with UPS (and am really hoping I don't hurt myself), have found my faith in Kemetic Orthodoxy, went to my first anime con in 2 years (let's just say Anime Matsuri sucked; Kami's got my vote), went to see the King Tut Exhibit in Dallas and the ARCE annual meeting, went to Retreat in 08, and went to the Texas Ren fest in October. I've started to volunteer with the HSPCA in the cattery, have applied for my passport so I'll be ready with that when I finally go to Egypt in 2012 (I'm saving the money now), and have found suprises in my life (one being that my bro is gay).
What a difference 2 years makes in hindsight, how much I've gone through, both ups and downs, to get to where I am at this point. And I'm still climbing that staircase of light, of life, it's not crystal, but it has promise, and I'm over halfway up the flight of them I'm on.
So, hope for me, pray for me, that I reach the next landing safely and without too much incident. But for now, it's bedtime.
