As ordered, I have begun gathering data on the subject of Stardust Rose, who I am aware has been the cause of some little trouble for our organization in the past. Shockingly, her origins were not difficult to come by, though the specifics leave a little to be desired...

Stardust Rose represents an unusual triumph in breeding, genetic sciences, and sorcery, but not an altogether successful one. The stated goal of those in charge of the project was to "create a race of herditary vampires with all the strengths and none of the weaknesses of that race."
Frankly I have no idea why anyone would want to do this, but as the team in charge of the project are all dead or vanished, it's of small import.
Regardless, they achieved a partial success on their very first attempt, breeding a vampire with another being of unknown origin.
(Though I refer you to the subject's pointed ears for possible future reference, along with her naturally pink hair and apparently equally natural striped tail...)
The female infant which resulted from this proved to be healthy and able, maturing at a normal human pace, while displaying a distinct thirst for blood and the attendant fangs to accompany and accomodate her appetite. Additionally, she quickly displayed the inherent strength, speed, agility, endurance and durability commonly associated with all vampires, along with superb nightvision.
Garlic, holy symbols and running water meant nothing to her, she reflected fine in mirrors, and while given to sunburn due to a pale complexion, the sun otherwise held neither terror nor danger for her. Her body also seemed to stop aging at her eighteenth year.
However, this was not without some price. Being alive, unlike the standard vampire, she needed to breathe. And she proved unable to manifest the more dramatic and showy vampire powers. She could not turn into a bat, a wolf, or mist, nor could she control animals or humans, nor manifest claws.
For reasons unknown to me, the infant was named Stardust Rose, and almost before she could walk, those who funded her creation began her training...
