Part 2: chapter 4 Reploid Days
The room gradualy came into focus. The colors were sharper than She could remember them being before and the boundaries between objects was Clearer than ever before. Koura looked around the room she was in. She didn't recall being brought in to the Repair ward. letalone being on a table with a power cord of somesort attached to her shoulder.
"what in the..." she said quietly. Her voice was crisper than it use to be too. All these differences made no sence to her though. Harpuia had told her that she was going to Die. was this heaven, Hell, someplace else? She glanced over at The mirror in the corrner and Jumped back with a start. She was wearing a blue suit with Gold and Crimson armor. She looked like...like.
"A Reploid." she said quietly touching her hand to her face which the mirror mimiced. "why, how..." so many questions raced through her mind faster than what she could comprehend. The blurs of images in her mind gave her a spliting headache and she colapsed to the ground, Her metalic legs clanging on the hard floor.
"welcome to the world Koura Liibeck." said a German voice. "allow me to introduce myself I'm Hans Ferdinand"
"did you do this?" she asked. The boy laughed.
"Nah I'm actualy in the same situation you're in. I just felt like messing with you a bit.' he laughed again. Koura wondered How could this boy be a reploid like her now. She looked closer and saw he had solid color Sky blue eyes. She looked at her self again and she had an Amythist colored gem cresting her Helmet her eyes were the same hue and were also solid color.SHe examined her gauntlets which has Small what apeared to be flames coming out of them. she swung her wrist and they extended into Dual whips. Hans just watched.
"hey, Hans, right?"
"yes?"
"you look like your still human though how did you..." He cut her off and pressed the Crimson cresent moon emblem on her chest which was her insignia. Lines of purple and red flew into her forehead gem which disipated and reformed the ribbon she had always worn. She then stood and looked at him blankly in the same clothes she had worn upon her near death. They had been repaired and cleaned though so they looked almost new. She tapped her boots on the ground as if expecting them to fall off. But she didn't feel any different than when she woke as a reploid. But she looked Human. Hans Laughed a bit, He was enjoying watching her figure her new body out. He traced his finger over the tiger stripe tattoo he had on his left arm and Sky blue and black lined covered his body and formed his armor. It was striped with black and Sky blue. and he held what looked like the hilt of a giant sword. He swung it slightly and the Blade formed out of Light.
"my code name is Blitz Tiger." he said while a mask covered his Mouth and nose leaveing only his eyes exposed. "they told me yours I think it was 'Seraph Juno' Or somthing like that" He slid his fingers along the side of her ribon and her armor activated again.
"I'm never going to get use to that" she said "it feels weird"
"oh well we're going to the training unit now. Aparently there going to awnser some questions for us and teach us how to use our new bodies, posibly show us our old ones. Wouldn't that be the coolest?" He said exited
"yeah..." Koura said with a shudder. The last thing she wanted to see was her own corpse. Both her and Hans walked down the hallway of the Resistance base which they had both been transfered too. Koura stoped midway down the hall, She turned to her left and listened to what sounded like crying comeing from inside one of the rooms. She knocked quietly and opened the door. Sitting on the ground Holding the reminants of hat looked like Zero's Helmet, Was Ceil.
"he didn't come back" she muttered thinking she was alone. Koura walked over and Motioned for Hans to go without her. She placed her Hand on Ceil's shoulder and Let her cry.
"I kind of know the feeling." she said comfortingly. "Every minute Piro's Memory haunts me but it drives me to be better. Let Zero do the same." Ceil looked up still sobing.
"Because of this, because of the resistance, You're technicaly dead and Zero..." she started crying again. Koura only shook her head and patted her on the back. Koura realized that her presence was making it worse so she left Ceil reluctantly and dashed off to Hans in the traning facility.
The rush of running for her was incredible. She could put many pro track stars to shame now without any effort. This rush was cut short by her tripping on a Hose spread across the walkway. She fell face first assuming it would hurt. She then rememberd what she was upon impact and got up with a slight giggle.
"oh that's right I don't feel Pain as much as a Human anymore" she then went into the training facility where the Guardians, Hans, and a few other Reploids who she didn't reconize were. In the back was a strange looking Dark reploid who sat and said nothing while the others chatted. Harpuia Eyed Koura with a harsh glance, Leviathan grined at her, and Fefnir was cleaning his guns.
"Welcome to the world new Reploids, Be it newly created or A recreated body for a 'dead' Human you're here now. Traning school has begun" Harpuia said smugly Drawing his two Magenta swords. "think fast" He dashed at Koura and Hans Swinging both swords at them Koura caught one with her Whip and Hans blocked it with his Massive sword. Harpuia looked pleased at the responses from both wherea Leviathan was Horrified at the sidden attack.
"Harpuia ther're New Don't break them yet" Leviathan said she no soon finished her sentence and Fefnir fired Three massive fire balls at the trainees. Koura instinctively grabed her back blades with her free whip opened one up into a fan like shape and deflected them.
"How am I doing this" she said quietly. I've never fought a day in my life.
"Programing" fefnir awnsered "Both you and Hans were caught in Ragnarok and were basicaly Killed we saved your memories though and placed them in reploid bodies." he stated before fireing His guns again and Having Hans block them. Hans was surprisingly fast for his stature. Koura Guessed that's why his Code name Was 'Blitz Tiger' She still couldn't figure out hers though. She grabed both backblades and closed them around her hands forming Dual swords which she used to combat Harpuia directly, Not a smart move. He countered every blow she made with incredible speed that only Hans had a chance at matching. Koura jumped back and formed a Cannon out of both of her Blades and aimed it with both hands. She fired a Bright aroura colored Cannon shot that hit both Harpuia and Fefnir. Leviathan Side steped it seeing as she was out of the fray to begin with. Seeing the combat though made Leviathan bored with being on the sidelines. She drew her spear and Jumped above Koura. She caught the Spear with her hands just before it made contact but the impact was enough to send a shockwave though her body breaking a few small parts. Hans Zipped into the fray and Knocked Levi off of Koura.
Koura got up and dusted herself off. Then looked at the guardians who had all put away their weapons.
"you pass" Harpuia said shooting an odd glance at Hans and Koura before turining his attention to the Black armored reploid who had managed to avoid getting hit. "you on the other hand we have yet to test." The black reploid stood, Upon closer inspection she was Female. the back of her hemlet had Gold striped Electrical cords that began to spark. her back had small downward pointing fin-like structures that Enabled her to Jump very well. Her shoes had hovering/Suction capabilities to assist her jumping.
"Did she ever get a code name?" Leviathan asked Harpuia quietly
"she said she already had one" the Dark reploid began shooting off purple sparks.
"my Name is Neo Shade." she said confidently, "and I deem your test to be pathetic." she glanced at Koura and smiled. " have a better test for all of you and I think it will please my master too." she pulled out a Bright read Microchip and sent sparks to it. Hans relizing the danger grabbed Koura By the waist and Huged her before tossing her back and drawing his sword. Koura landed with a shocked expression on her face while Hans charged at Neo who twisted out of the way of his sword and Hit him with five electified Cords bringing him to his Knees.
She dashed at Koura who bakced up, but Neo was faster and was already behind her. Koura has Walked right into her. Neo thrusted the Red chip into Kouras back and hit her with a charge. Koura was trown back a foot and had her hands on ehr head as a tremendous headache shook her mind. Her eyes Flickered Red and she screamed in pain as the magnetic field she used to Hold her Blades in place was inturupted causing them to drop. Hans looked at her frigtened.
"Harpuia did she?" He yelled over the loud sparks now coming from the chip and Koura''s Pained yelps. Harpuia nodded and drew his weaopns as did the other guaridans. Koura then jumped into the air and was consumed by red sparks. When she emerged she had Peacock colored feathers and six Wings, Her blades had divided into 7 Total blades. Koura also Gained two additional whips. This was Her seraph Form, though she lacked control of it as the maverick Virus was released from the chip. Juno looked at all the reploids in the room through her dark Visor and lifted her hand. A shockwave shot from it and the blades were sent along the magnetic stream disarming the Guardians and Impaleing Hans.
"Master Euquine will be pleased" Neo said as she Opened the Traning hall doors wide for the newly formed Maverick to escape. Neo then leaped off into the trees and fleed the scene not wanting to be caught in the crossfire as Juno unwillingly Destroyed her second home.
