Sighing, Amber looked out into the dark grey sky, only a sliver of the moon was to be seen. It's been so long..how long... Amber wondered. 2 years since then I guess, and everythings changed so much. She though, her mind being replaced by the distant memories of laughter, cries, and silence. So long...
Amber was now 20, living in a humungous house, which turned into a boarding house for peope. She remember how it all started, with Her and Sammy running away from home......it was a night like this one, so dark, and only a sliver of the moon shining down on them.
The day has finally come, we've planned this for years, but...i can't believe it's actually happening.... amber let loose a sigh, as she played with the camera under her bed, taking meaningful pictures. The flash of light beamed, and "click" it was down. It was a picture which aimed under the bed. you couldn't see anything, except make out a blue-ish square thing, her suitcase, which was well hidden from sight.
"Amber~ We're going to go to a party, Would you like to come dear?" came the sweet voice of mom. "The last time I'll hear it..." Amber whispered,she couldn't help feeling regret, lost, when nothings ever even begun.
Amber walked silently out of her room, towards the staircase. A gentle sad smile came across her face as she saw her parents, dressed up to go and have a nice time with their friends. She usually tagged along, But not this time. she thought, as she hung by the railing for a second. Quickly, she took out her camera, "Click." Went the sound. As she walked down the stepps, she carefully watch their faces, remembering every mark, every wrinkle. Her camera dangled in her hands, as she walked down.
"Click, "another picture of them, smiling, talking.
"Mommy, Daddy, Smile" Amber said, their heads turned in surprise. "Click" a picture of their smiling faces. Mommy's face went into a gentle smile, as her daughter took pictures of them. Daddy's smile grew bigger, seeing her daughter with the camera.
"Smile. 1 Happiness 2 love 3 perfection Smile Loss" Amber replied, a mysterious sadness in her voice and thoughts. "click" The camera went, and the picture was done. Amber snapped away some more, before finally putting her camera away.
"I'm not going this time, mommy, I have plans.." Amber said, disguising her sadness.
"I understand honey." Mommy replied, her gentle smile turned sad. Something would happen today, something bad, was what her gut said, but she ignored it, thinking she just ate something bad today.
"Bye Daddy," Amber said aloud. "I'll miss very much" I'll miss you... Amber said barely above a whisper, yet her mind screamed it out in pain. She stood in that pose for a while, before letting go.
"Bye Mother," Amber said, "I'll miss you so much, it pains my heart..." Will you ever understand what I did, will you know how much it pains me to leave, do you know how much I will miss you, how much I loved you all these years? Ambers voice said it barely audible, yet her mind and heart screamed these thoughts in pain, agony, and terrible sadness, her heart felt broken, but time will heal she lied to herself. Time will heal it all.... She held on to her mother, not wanting to let go.
"Honey, is something wrong?" Mommy said, worry was both in her voice and on her face. Amber finally let go.
"Nope, nothing at all. Needed a good hug, besides, you guys are gonna be out late, and well me all home alone. " Amber said, trying to smile.
"Oh, ok." Mommy said, her face returning to normal. It had worked...
"Bye then, tell your brother to take good care of you ok." Mommy said, walking out.
"Love you guys, have a good night, have fun, Love you," Amber shouted at the top of her lungs. Her parents looked back, smiling. "Click" It was there. "click," they waved. "Click," There gone. "Bye!" Amber shouted once again, then waving. "Goodbye....for..now." Amber couldn't bare to say it, not ' goodbye forever...' never, would she ever be able to say it. Not ever...
Closing the door, she walked silently up the stairs, doing some silent packing. 7:30. Still a while before Sammy would be here. I should start proccessing those photo's, and print out those letters Mini thought, dissapearing into her dark room. there were photo's hung up here, those were the ones she was leaving behind. she had made 2 of each, knowing one day she would leave. She planned out where everything would be, what everything would look like, how here room would be filled with photo's and memories, her past, her life, and possibly her future. She walked out, going into her brothers room, not bothering to knock. "Click" went the camera several times. "Smile." he turned, surprised. "click." Angry "click." understanding "click" Smiling "Click" Happy "click." him..."Click."
"Are you done with the photo-shoot?" He asked sacasticly.
"No." she replied, clicking away. He ignored her, knowing that was what she wanted, unless she said something. and away she clicked the camera, taking everything in. "ok. turn." He turned. "click." "ok, enough" She said, "bye for now. off to the dark room." She said, turning. "That's so you.." He said, laughing."click." catching his laughter. Amber smiled. "Hehe." his faced turned gentle. "click." and off she went.
It took awhile to proccess all those picutures, it was now 9, she still had time. Taking her pictures, pens, her special paper, tape, glue, stickers. "time to work.." She said, staring at her now bare and empty walls. Her desk was made neat, her bed made, with her scent on it, her closet almost empty. she left her favorite shirts, and presents for each of them. She put the letters into envelopes, 1 for each of them. She hid her presents and letters around the room, hoping they'd find it. She decorated her walls with her photo's, notes, and stuck them the way she would. Her room was filled with memories. On her desk, lay a note.
"Dear Mommy, Daddy, and Bro,
Goodbye...For now. I will miss you guys always. please understand my reasons for leaving, it is not your fault, but my own. Please do not look for me, don't worry, I'm alright. If you look for me, and find me, I will only seem father away. I hope you like the way I decorated my room. I won't mind if you take it all down, it's for you guys to decide. I made it for you guys, so my wish is to leave it be, the room, it is how I want you to remember me. As you see, I have left a panel of the room empty, and many photo slots between the others. On the empty walls, I'd hope you add your newest pictures, newest memories on there. this is my biggest gift to you. Around the room, I have left you presents and notes. Around the house, inside the rooms, there are notes,letters, and gifts for you guys. I love you always.

That was the letter, all handwritten, with her favorite pens. She glanced at the clock. time. The doorbell rang once, and Amber knew who it was. Sammy wouldn't rush her, nope Sammy could wait. Amber walked towards her brothers room, knocking and without an answer, going in.
"I'm going out for a while kk?"
"With who?" Her brother asked.
"Sammy." was Ambers reply.
"ok." he said. amber walked silently towards him, her face smiling as she hugged him. "Goodbye brother.." Mini said. "I'll miss you so much..." I'll miss your advice, your laughter, your company, your help. I'll miss yyou sooo much. Ambers voice was barely hearable, but her heart screamed in thoughts in sadness and pain. "click."
"Goodbye..." amber said. Her brother watch her leave, "click" went his camera. "click" it went, catching her sisters surprise look.
"goodbye, and have fun.." He said, a gentle smile on his face. Somehow he knew, he should take those pictures, his heart told him, so he did.
"goodbye."
Turning, Amber walked silently out of the room, well aware of his brothers gaze. "Shall I close the door?" Amber asked, turning back towards her brother.
"No, I think I need some fresh air." He said. Shrugging, Amber walked off towards her now memory filled room. Slinging her bag over her shoulders, she walked down the swirling staircase, to the door. She turned. "goodbye, home. " she said, opening the door to see the comforting face of Sammy. "Lets go." She said, taking her medium sized suitcase by the hand. "Lets begin."
Giving one last glance at her home, Amber set off, towards her new life, a new start.

Amber was snapped back to the present after hearing the shouts of the boys. "Amber Helpp!!" They shouted at the top of their lungs. "What happened now.." Amber mumbled, walking towards the door. A rush of cold A.C air hit here, waking her from any thoughts. The shouts came again. Amber took her time walking towards the staircase. She leaned on the railing, looking down at the scene. The television was turned on, showing some horror movie that amber didn't know. "What's up now." Amber said, a grim expression on her delicate features. That was, untill she saw Sammy. A beer in her hand and and 10 or so more cans infront of her.
"Dammit michel. What happened." Amber said, steaming with anger. She quickly rushed to her friends aid.
"Get the hell away from me you guys, and dammit let me drink. God go away you losers." Mandy screamed, flailing her arms at them.
"Help." Wes said, a weak smile on her face. Amber, full of anger, quickly snached the can away from the drunken Sammy.
"Give it back tooo me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"Sammy's screamed, arms still flailing.
"only if you get your a** off this couch and up to your room." Amber said, trying to contain her anger, it wasn't Sammy's fault, she blamed it on the boys. She gave Michel a glare, helping sammy get up. "Fine." Sammy replied, knowing she had lost. "I can go up by myself." She mumbled, her words a bit slurry. "Ugh.." Amber sighed, as she watched Sammy slowly making her way towards the staircase. She glared at michel. "You have some explaining to do," She then turned her gaze and deathly glare to both of them. "both of you."
Amber walked away, never letting her eyes of Sammy, making sure every step was safe and ok. Once Amber accompanied Sammy into her room, she walked out to close the door. Just before the door was closed, Amber peeked her head in, "I'll be back later, you've got some questions to answer." Amber said, sternly. Closing the door, Amber sighed.Time for some questioning. Amber hated being the mature one of the group. She and Jenn and link were the more realistic and maturer people of the house. Amber leaned on Sammy's door, resting, just for a while.
Sammy watched as Amber closed the door, thinking up excuses and fake answers to please Amber. she knew it wouldn't work, it usually ended up in Amber's favor, but it'd become a routine, an instinct almost. She stood, watching out the window, her beer in one hand. She noticed the moon, the sliver of moon lighting up the dark eerie skies.
How long's it been, 2 years..Sammy thought, taking a sip of the refreshing beer. It's been so long, but it seems like it all happened yesterday. it's so clear, but so much has changed.. Sammy thought, thinking about her old self. Not just me...but everyone. She remembered the boys, Michel and wes, just showing up at their doorstep out of the blue, with two suitcases at their sides. She remembered Amber telling her of her friends, now boss, Jenn and link, who needed a place to stay. She remembered the start the end, and the revivied world, which they lived in now, the new them. The new her. She plopped on her bed, letting the memories rush in.

"ding dong" The door rings. It keeps ringing, over and over again.
"Arg.." Amber grumbled getting up from bed. how come no ones getting the dam door.. and then she remembered, almost everyone was out, and those who were in slept like pigs..nothing able to wake them up. Amber quickly got up, trudging down the stairs. she was still in her pj's which consisted of a large shirt, and very short shorts. You couldn't see the shorts, just the long shirt that stopped mid-thigh length.
"who is it." amber grumbled, flinging the door open.
"Hey.." a voice said.
Amber blinked, her eyes adjusting to the light. Standing infront of her was a very cute asian guy, holding a poster in his hand.
"How may I help you." Amber said, leaning against the doorway.
"Um, I saw this flyer for renting rooms. I was wondering if I could move in today." he said.
"Oh.....sure..come on in. " Amber said, opening the door wider to let the guy in.
Amber watched the guy closely, examining him. He was musculer, with hair that spiked up. cute and hot body and face.
Amber plopped down on the sofa.
"ok dude. Sit and introduce yourself to me, why I should keep you ect."
