Wow, it's been a long time since my last journal entry. Months. Months, and months. Well, what have I been up to? How was my Christmas? How's life in general?

Well, Christmas was good. I got some movies (Dawson's Creek Season 5, The Devil's Rejects, etc...), some clothes, some candy. A lot of clothes, really. Some nice cute sweaters, a few odds and ends. The most amusing gift I recieved was definitely a Team Canada olympic hockey sweater. It's amusing on about 3 different levels. Number one, I don't watch hockey. Number two, I couldn't give a crap about the olympics, and number three, it's officially the most hetero piece of clothing I own, now. Not that my clothes are overtly gay, but this sweater's quite the piece of work.

Right now, what am I doing? Watching Dawson's Creek. Catching up with Joey, Pacey, Jack, Jen, Dawson, and Grams. It's season 5, the new one I got for Christmas, and I'm just fawning over the cuteness that is Katie Holmes. She's seriously SUCH an underrated actress, and I think that she should get some better roles. Joey Potter was a great role for her, and Michelle Williams has recently gotten a great role in that movie Brokeback Mountain, which shows that, yes, there is life after Dawson's Creek.

Speaking of Brokeback Mountain, I'm going to go see that tomorrow. With my cousin annnnd her friend. I ran into them yesterday when I spent the whole afternoon at the theatre watching Walk the Line, and then The Family Stone, which was a pretty good double feature, if you ask me. I am so in the mood to see that gay cowboy drama. Honestly, I'd see all oscar contenders if I could. I suppose that's why I'm trying to see all the potentially award-worthy movies I can. Plus, hell, Jake + Heath. Hot, no?

I'd like to say that there's been progress in my life. There's been less pretentious s**t, there's been less drama, less crap. No, there's been not much of that, to be completely honest. There's been... a bit more drama. Certain people talking behind my back, certain bitches who don't know how to mind their business. And just... generally, my own inner turmoil that I don't wish to bore the lot of you with, in this entry. That may be why you read this journal, but that's not really something I want to get into, right now. If I really wanted you to know, I'd tell you.

I guess that's it for now. I'll leave with some words of wisdom. Try and... be a little nicer to everyone, even if you don't think they deserve it. It's worth it, just to try, and maybe make someone else a little less miserable for a little bit.

Well, that wasn't really wise, but whatever. I'm no ******** philosopher.
