Ok, so this will be my first ramble! I have been living with my coach for the past 2 weeks, and he has me on this really strict protein diet to try to make me loose weight. xp I started out at 60/61kg, and the aim is to get me to 55kg. I am currently sitting around 57.2kg. The diet involves ONLY protein foods, absolutely NO carbs, and a hell of a lot of exercise! :crying: Sometimes it would only be boiled chicken and black pepper! I am not even allowed salt! sad I was doing really well at the start, and was dropping the weight off fast, but then i started to get cravings and all. I tried my best to fight them, but gradually i started sneaking more and more food in on the side. Like cookies and stuff! So my weight loss started to slow down! I began telling my coach that I was a lighter weight than I actually am... so now he thinks in 56.7kg, when I'm actually 57.2/4kg! Not good! Because he thinks I’m that light, he has started to let me eat some bread and stuff! OMG I feel sooo guilty! scream I have to try my best to match the weight now! I need to get myself down so I can stop lying to him! I hate lying to him, especially after all the effort both he and myself are putting into this! It would also be great for myself to get to 55kg! Omg, the day that happens I'm gonna celebrate so hard! ^^ Anyways... So I am currently trying really hard to be strict with what I eat. No more sneaking in stuff on the side! Only a little bit of powerade or something... just cos water does NOTHING to quench my thirst!
Wish me luck! I hope I can be stronger willed than I have been! Must hit 56.5kg... MUST HIT 56.5KG!!!!! stressed
