The future is only the future for a second then it turns to present, just like the future the present is only the present for a second. But the past unlike the futrue and present, it last for a life time. People cant spend all their time worring bout the futrue, nor the past because every time you do, your waisting every second worring and dwelling over something thats the past when you can be fixing either your mistake or healing after something that happend. So I guess you need to think things through and talk to a friend and hopefully after yall talk you'll feel better and moving on from the past. So when you in a tight spot just think bout this "Im going to quit dwelling on the past and im not going to worry bout the future, im going to live for right now." It helps.
