Captain Lumia Gonji Fou Kouketsu
Appearance
Lumia has dark orange eyes, long brunette hair that goes way past her waist, and light tan like skin. (Truthfully she's quite pale, but she tans) She looks young despite her age, and always has a smile on her face. Unlike many of the shinigami she doesn't wear uniform at all. Instead she wears a very expensive Royal Kimono passed down from her mother. She also wears silver ear, and nose rings. Lumia does wear the captains haori, and straw sandals without tabi's. She carries her zanpakuto on her shoulders, or waist. She wears a blue Setsubun Oni mask to show that she is a vizard.
Personalty
Lumia is very nice, cheerful, loving, caring and kind person who dislikes fighting very much. She has rarely drawn her sword, and has almost been never seen in combat. She enjoys reading, and nature as she is known to join Unohana on her mountain climbs. When Lumia does have to fight she often holds back, and tries to convince her opponent to leave. Sadly this does not always work, and when it comes down to it Lumia becomes very aggressive.
History
Lumia was born from the Noble family known as the Fou's she is the second daughter, and has two brothers. She has always liked helping people no matter if they were rich or poor. When Lumia was eighteen she found that she could read minds. How this ability came along is unknown. Sometime after that her parents sent her to the Shinigami Academy. When she graduated she became a member of squad 12, and then later on member of squads 5,10, and lastly 3. Where she married Oukan Kouketsu, and had a daughter. Much later she became captain of vizard squad 16, and made her daughter her lieutenant. How she became a vizard is shrouded in mystery.
Powers & Abilities
Master Swordsmanship Specialist: Despite her feelings towards fighting. Her skill is very masterful, and graceful even though the only person to ever see her fight was her husband.
Flash Steps Master: She's flash steps very often, and it's mostly from unnecessary fights. She puts such great distant from her opponents, that they can never seem to find her.
Kidō Master: She doesn't like to use offensive kido much, but prefers to use defensive kido instead. Lumia can preform kido's without calling out the name, and still retain it's full power.
High Intellect: Lumia is very intelligent. As she is said to be one of the smartest people in the Soul Society.
Immense Spiritual Power: Lumia has tremendous spiritual power. As she is once seen using just her reiatsu to bring several high seated squad members to their knees.
Enhanced Endurance: Because she refuses to use her full power, Lumia can fight for quite sometime before becoming exhausted.
Psychokinesis Master: Lumia has masterful skills in telekinesis, force fields, astral projection, etc
Master Mind Reader: Lumia can read multiply minds easily, and not be overwhelmed. She can also lock her mind to prevent hers from being read.
Zanpakutō
Seishin (Japanese for mind) It's the only zanpakuto of it's kind. It takes the form of a wakizashi with a guard that looks like an eyeball, and the hilt is green mixed with dark cyan.
Shikai: triggered by the command "Hireki" (Japanese for reveal) the blade extends, and takes the form of what looks like a spoon. The hilt, and guard remain unchanged. The spoon is blunt, but Lumia can form reiatsu around it making it very sharp.
Shikai Special Ability: To have complete control over anyone's mind.
Ayatsuri teishu: (Japanese for puppet master) Lumia makes a blue halo over someone's head tapping into their mind. Their eyes turn completely white, and Lumia has full control over their thoughts, and actions. This can become very deadly as Lumia can make her victim kill others, or worst themselves. Only Lumia can end this ability on her opponent.
Bankai: Unknown for now.
Vizard
Not much is known about her full strength of her Vizard powers, as she doesn't use her mask, but she can preform standard vizard abilities.
Mask: The mask is white, and covers her whole face. It has an eye in the middle of the forehead which is red, and silver. There are dents that appear on the mask sometimes, why is unknown.
Cero: Lumia cero is pink, and can be fired in a thin or wide arc.
She has fired it from her eye, and finger, and tongue.
Enhanced Strength: With her mask on Lumia strength increase greatly. How strong she becomes is unknown.
Enhanced Speed: Lumia's speed becomes faster than a flash step. This has been seen many times by Neu her daughter.
Enhanced Durability: Lumia can take tremendous amounts of damage, and continue on fighting. This is probably because her Inner Hollow ignores pain.

Although she doesn't like to fight, she is someone you do not want to make angry.
