~*The Past*~

In the Kanto and Johto region, a strange organization had appeared, kidnapping to Pokemon and humans alike to fuse together to use as slave-like-soldiers. The brilliant, yet evil scientist, Dr. Oyeski, created this technology also found a way to erase all personal memories of the people, "brainwashing" these "PokeMorphs" into serving him. Three of the legendaries, Lugia, Darkrai, and Mewtwo found out about this plan and escaped. But, before they made their daring leave, they freed as many PokeMorphs as they could and partly destroyed the Organization's base,which is located right in-between Kanto and Johto. This great act became known as the Great Escape. Organization Infinite, began looking for these escaped PokeMorphs and erase their memories once more, to forcefully make them serve. So, the Organization hired PokeMorph hunters, Pokemon trainers who capture PokeMorphs using strange cubes that sealed PokeMorphs in a ball of energy, which they cannot escape. After capture, the PokeMorphs were then delivered to Dr. Oyeski, who greatly paid the capturer. The three escaped legendaries then started there own "faction," one for each, to decide what to do with there new lives. Mewtwo wished to find a way to reverse the process and return himself and anyone else to there normal human selves and get back to their original lives. Lugia hoped to put an end to Organization Infinite and let the PokeMorphs live their new lives and be thankful for the new opportunities they have been given. Darkrai on the other hand, wanted to erase the Organization from the face of the world and take over, thinking himself, and those who chose (or were forced) to follow him, superior to humans and Pokemon.

~*Recent*~

Almost a year after the events of the Great Escape, all three factions have made a name for themselves and their secret hideouts have yet to be discovered by the Organization. PokeMorphs have been switching between the four of them and no one has yet gained any foot-hold in this silent war that most of the humans have not even noticed. That is, until now. In a surprising move, Darkrai and his faction lead an assault on Organization Infinities' base. Sensing trouble, Lugia and Mewtwo lead their factions in after Darkrai. The Organization quickly falls to Darkrai and his followers. As a battle begins to rage between Darkrai's forces, and the combined forces of Lugia and Mewtwo, a horrible event happens. The top of Mt. Silver, which lay behind the base, rose off of the rest of the mountain and fired a large beam of red energy in the direction of Goldenrod City, where Lugia's Hideout was located. The mountain top rotated and fired another, this time light blue beam, in the direction of Cinnabar Island, where Mewtwo's Hideout was. It turned out that both attacks hit their mark. Lugia's underground mall and Mewtwo's mansion, injuring and killing not only PokeMorphs, but humans as well. The top of Mt. Silver then returned to its original resting place. In a panic, both crippled factions retreated to learn the fate of their beloved homes, while Darkrai, who had disappeared from the battle moments before the strange weapon had been fired, laughed at his victory. Next stop, the world! Will you stand by Darkrai helping him rule the world, will you be one of the few Organization members who escaped and now seek revenge, or will you attempt to bring Darkrai down with Lugiia and Mewtwo.
