Double Immortal....Party?
Beep beep beep! Jerking myself away, I frantically threw herself off my bed as the loud noise persisted. Was it my alarm clock? It wasn't until I looked around for a few minutes that I realized I didn't HAVE an alarm clock. Why would I need one when I....oh, right. Looking down at my wrist I saw my integrated alarm system flashing and was confused as to why I didn't see it flashing before. Shaking my head, I switched off the alarm and took a look around my apartment. The timer for the blinds to go up hadn't gone off yet, so the day hadn't truly started. Groaning, I realized it was barely three in the morning. Why had my alarm gone off?

Then just as quickly as I had asked myself, the answer drifted into my barely conscious state of mind. "******** vampires..." I muttered as I stepped out of my checkered pajamas, relieved to remember the heated floors I had installed. I had forgotten there was a reason as to why I went to bed so early in the evening. I had barely stayed up to watch the sun set through the distorting fog. Walking past Retro as I went to her closet, I sighed and wondered as to what to wear. Turning on the light by my closet, I still could not shed light on as to what to wear to an underground vampire party. There had to be a way to represent Aekea, my cyborg life, as well as respect Durem's culture and colors.

After a few minutes of poking around my nearly entirely monochromatic closet, I saw a speck of salvation in the far back. Liam's shirt was nestled in the rear crevice, collecting dust. Who didn't have one of Liam's shirts? Well...at least of the female persuasion. Pulling it on top of my Alruna undergarments, I paired it with a black pleated skirt, red socks, my dark grey work boots, fingerless gloves, a red dog collar, a grey beret, a set of dark red hair clips....finishing the ensemble with a blood red ring, I looked at herself in the mirror. There was no doubt where I was from and who I represented, sporting the oversized souvenir. My heartplug stood out on my otherwise white skin, a badge of Aekea.

Nudging Retro awake, I took him down to the Login. The vehicle protested at being woken up, and protested even MORE when he heard the destination. Promising him premium fuel for the ride home, I hooked up myself to the Login, as well as my voice activated phone system. "Call Willamena." It didn't even take a full ring for someone to pick up the other end. "Hey Willamena, I'm on my way over. Meet you outside the old cathedral? Yeah, I think I can do that. See ya!"
