Slots are closed. Please comment on this journal entry (this includes people that have already PMd me) if you are interested in commissioning me when slots open. That way I'll know approximately how many people are interested. xD; (And because my PM box is... very full.)
I will pick based on three criteria:
- the offer for the amount of lines/templates
the amount of lines/templates to be drawn
my interested in the commissioned concept
Thanks, and all of you are awesome. n.n <3
...and the not-so-newly-created FAQ.
Q. Does the template price include the lineart?
A. No. The price of a template is separate from the lineart being templated. So if you wanted cell-shaded templates for lines you already have, that's 150k per piece. But if you wanted me to draw the lineart and then cell-shade template them, that's 100k + 150k per line, or 250k per piece of art.
Q. How much do lineart edits cost?
A. It depends. I don't have a set price on lineart edits because they're usually so varied. If they're relatively small things like adding a pair horns, changing the eyes, or adding/removing claws, I include them in the lineart price (so you get them for free, pretty much... but only for a few edits.) Bigger edits can cost anywhere from 10k to 75k per edit, depending on the complexity of the edit. Simple wings would probably be around 10k per edit, adding clothes would be anywhere from 25k to 50k, whereas adding fullbody armour would probably be 75k. ...so I suppose, the final answer is -- offer!
Q. Do you ink/template lines done by other artists?
A. Yes, I do. It's the same prices per piece as listed above.
Q. Can I commission you to do a specific "style" of lineart?
A. Yes, although depending on the style, I might ask for a higher price or decline your commission. I also make no guarantees as to how successful I will be at mimicking the style.
