Okay, so when I woke up I took a shower and the decided to eat some cereal. So I had my cereal, raisin bran, for 3 points and then my 1% milk, which is a change I made years ago on the urging of my doctor to drink less fattening milk. But anyway, so that would be 2 points.
So 5 points for breakfast.
I'm also having a cup of orange juice, so that would be 2 points.
I then took my walk, which I hated that I missed yesterday, so yeah. I made sure to take a half an hour walk today. I also had my sister re-weigh me today, and I'm thinking, since I still weigh 265, that I really proabably am gaining some muscle in my legs.
Anyway, so for lunch, I'm having a ham and chees sandwhich and an apple.
So for the points,
Cheese: 2
Ham: 4
Bread: 4
Mayo: 1
Apple: 1
So lunch is a total of 12 points.
So in total so far for the day, I've had 19 points.
So I still need to have 16 points today.

Okay, so at Shaw's for break, I had some cheese it's, which I would say about 6 points worth.
And right now, I'm having some nice soup. Vegie soup, that's 2 points for that. And I'm going to have 12 saltines, which is 3 points.
I think that I'm going to have some more orange juice as well, and that's it for my points today.
Oh yeah, I did some of the excersises my mom showed me, not much 'cause I don't think that I'm doing them right, but yeah, I tried. I need to have my mom watch me do then so that I can get the form right for them and start to work on that.
